REDUCED 2026 RATES! 3BD/3.5BA Golf View Townhouse in Shipyard WITH Tennis!
This 3-bedroom/3.5-bath PET-FRIENDLY (restrictions apply) villa is located on the 1st hole of the Brigantine golf course and is a short walk to the clubhouse. Nestled in the gated community of Shipyard, you will enjoy your stay at this spacious townhouse.
The first floor of our villa features a large Living Room which includes a 46” high-definition flat-screen TV and a DVD player. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. A separate ½ bath and a wet bar is conveniently located on this level.
Our kitchen is well equipped for those guests who like to dine in during their stay (new refrigerator and new dishwasher). There is ample seating in both the kitchen dinette and separate dining room with a table that expands to seat 10-12. The covered patio area is easily accessible from both the dinette and living room and provides a private space to eat out and enjoy the lush landscape and golf view. An ELECTRIC GRILL is provided for our guests.
The Master Suite located on the first floor has a Queen-sized bed with a separate vanity area and includes a tub/shower combination. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player is included for your anytime viewing.
The second floor includes two private suites. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a large walk-in closet next to the vanity and the master bathroom. The additional guest suite features (2) twin beds with a separate vanity and bathroom combination. Also, there is a pull-out sofa chair to accommodate an extra guest. A large flat-screen TV is for your viewing.
Evian is a popular vacation destination within Shipyard and Hilton Head. You will enjoy the old-fashioned gazebo and numerous benches overlooking the 5-acre lake. Shipyard features 27 holes of golf, miles of bike trails, and private ponds. There is private beach access and parking for our guests. The five-star rated Sonesta Resort and the world-famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center are located within Shipyard and are just a short walk away.
The beach is spectacular with private access for Shipyard residents and guests.
You will have it all at 127 Evian – free tennis on lighted courts, pool, golf, bike trails and easy access to the beach.

The community, pool and beach access were beautiful. The unit was very spacious and clean, however very much in need of an update. The furniture was old and faded; but the king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were subpar; could not find a pan without rust in it. We were unable to use the outside patio because of the number of large bumble bees.

Five-star experience! The owner is incredibly responsive and the house is well-maintained with comfortable furnishings and a great kitchen. We stayed during a cold snap and the heat worked flawlessly. The location is peaceful and safe for children (no nearby ponds/gators).We loved how accessible everything was:0.5 miles to the Golf Shop/Grill.1 mile to the Shipyard beach house via easy bike paths.2 miles to the shops and dining at Coligny Circle.There was also plenty of first-come, first-served tennis and pickleball available during our winter stay.

Nice Quiet Place
Had a small problem checking in but that was no fault of the owners. I called Deb in the middle of the night and she fixed it immediately or else we would have had to go stay at some hotel for that night. Great communication with her and very friendly towards us at all times. We go there to golf for the week and appreciate that it is quite quiet for us when we get home and just want to relax and chill.

Couldn't check in until 4:30pm Sat...then to find out Dishwasher, TV and Internet didnt work and it would be Monday before anyone could fix them. 3days with 20 something year olds without internet access??? Place was pretty nice...little outdated but great location.
But then was called to ask what time we would be checking out, so they could clean i guess???
Really we went 3 days without internet access and a dishwasher and No offered discount and you call to find out if i would leave earley :(

This review is unfortunate since I speak to all of my guests during their stay. We made every effort to repair the internet/tv, but anything more technical is a Spectrum issue. We had a main breaker blow and it had to be replaced. This caused the issue with the internet/tv, and dishwasher. This was out of my control. It is common place, on HH, to text a guest to see what time they will be departing so that the cleaning crew can put each villa on their schedule. No one was asking "will you be leaving early", but only asking " time of departure, so that we can put your villa on the cleaning schedule". Since many guests leave early, there has never been a problem letting us know a departure time. Leaving at 10:00 am will never be a problem, since that is the posted check-out time. Again, these guests were NEVER asked to leave early. Their 4:30 check-in was due to the prior guest leaving very late, pushing back the cleaning schedule (totally out of my control). That was an unusual occurrence. We are very efficient in getting issues repaired once we are notified. The dishwasher was reported to our Appliance company and repaired on Monday, as well as the tv/internet. This was also out of my control. When I spoke to these guests, after all was repaired on Monday, they said " everything was great". That phone call was the perfect time to let me know if they were unhappy with how the repairs were handled. We go to great lengths to make our guests comfortable and strive to make sure all is clean and in working order. We hope you will read between the lines on this review.
