The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be converted to a king if needed; a closet, four drawer dresser and smart TV, well-furnished to be converted to any party's needs for family or friends' trips. The dedicated bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a shower/ tub combo. Off the hallway, the laundry area is easily hidden from sight through the bifold closet doors and is well equipped with additional storage above the full-size washer and dryer unit for guest convenience. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and an oversized walk-in closet that offers plenty of space for storage of clothes, golf clubs, or tennis gear. The king-sized bed, six drawer dresser and smart TV make the room cozy and comfortable, with the added luxury of a door that opens directly on to the patio.
