Want to get away for a 7-30 day stay, beat the heat in the Valley or just need a month to month furnished rental option? This is the place for you! Located in beautiful Continental Country Club this townhome boasts 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! Enjoy all the amenities like pools, gym, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, as well as public golf! Within walking distance to the club house and Oakmont restaurant. 2 car garage for easy parking and extra guest parking in the cul-de-sac. Main bedroom has a king bed, tv and its own large bathroom with large closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and hall bath. There is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and great room with fireplace as well as half bath on this main floor. Pets upon approval only, Up to 2 Cats, ONLY SMALL DOGS up to 2 will be considered for an extra non-refundable pet fee of $300. If you want access to the amenities it will be an additional $250 to transfer membership over to you during your stay. Newly Added A/C Travel Nurses Welcome

We are located within the neighborhood within walking distance to the restaurant, pools, tennis and pickleball courts as well as the golf course. Our multi-level property is surrounded by mature trees and has a relaxing deck to enjoy coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings.
