Gather your family and friends and enjoy everything Northern Michigan has to offer! This spacious 2020-built home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms making it an ideal base for family vacations or a getaway with friends.

The open-concept layout provides plenty of room while still giving everyone space to spread out. Enjoy two spacious family rooms - one upstairs and one downstairs, both with walk out patio areas.

Relax outside on the large elevated deck, featuring plenty of seating, an outdoor dining area and 2 propane fire units - perfect for enjoying summer evenings after a day at the beach.

A great location within walking distance to downtown Frankfort (just under 1 mile) through tree covered streets, where you'll find restaurants, shops, local attractions and the beautiful Lake Michigan Beach - a great place for a sunset!

This is an amazing home for family gathering! It has everything you could ask for. It is a beautiful and spacious home. There are two large indoor gatherings places. Upstairs is a lovely kitchen and great room and downstairs is an additional bar and refrigerator, plus a playroom with ping pong and lots of seating. There were toys and books for kids as well. There is also beautiful porch with more seating, and a fire pit and hammock in the yard. There are plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a short drive to the Frankfort beach and downtown shops and restaurants. All in all this home offers everything a family could ask for. Our host was super responsive to questions we had. We highly recommend this home and hope to return.

Great place for family gato

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The joke and amenities were perfect and we wanted four nothing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone planning a family gather or reunion

What a great find! We love the Frankfort/Crystal Lake area, & this house was perfect for our extended family of 14, ages 72 to 9 months. We especially loved the large porch & the location. We enjoyed walking to the Frankfort beach to watch the sunset & getting an ice cream treat to top off our evenings.

Great house, super clean, wonderful stay!

Our family from 1 on up, had a wonderful stay at this comfy home & inviting home. Almost to comfy, I think we spent more time at home this vaca than ever before! The layout of the home was very accommodating for all to have fun and plenty of space with comfortable seating! Proximity to Frankfort perfect!! And all the other places we went! You will be happy you stayed here!!!

Great Family Home!

The house is so spacious with plenty of room for everyone. House is fully stocked with everything you could need and fun stuff for the kids. The outdoor porch with fire table is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Would stay again!

Best place to gather in Frankfort

We have stayed at this home on more than one occasion, never to be disappointed! The home itself is spacious, new and clean with a great floor plan for entertaining. The homeowners and property managers are helpful, kind and welcoming! Frankfort is a little slice of heaven, we cannot wait to return!

Home away from home

This was our first trip to Frankfort, and we really enjoyed ourselves! The house was a perfect home base for our family to spread out. We enjoyed games and puzzles, days spent downtown or at the many beaches, and evenings on the deck. We saw several deer at the house, including up to 5 fawns in the yard at once!

Great Location

My family and I stayed at this property for the week and it was absolutely amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and you can bring your pups. We were able to see deer every evening. The owner was very accommodating and was prompt with responding to questions. Downtown Frankfort is a short walk away and has many shops and restaurants to enjoy! The beach area with swings was a perfect addition for our young girls! We can’t wait to come back!

Family memories

We wanted a place for our family reunion...3 siblings and their families living in 3 different countries! This beautiful big house was perfect for our needs. With a well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (3 with ensuites), and activities for the 6 kids, it was excellent. Thank you Rheannon for being a great host and answering our queries so promptly.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We've been coming to Frankfort MI for years as a family and stayed here with our young kids and my parents. Way more modern than our typical cottage rental and the perfect setup for our whole family. Our kids stayed in the bunk room across the hall from us and my parents and brother took the bedrooms upstairs. There was plenty of additional sleeping space on the first level. The two stories gave lots of space for the kids to have their 'zone'. We adults loved the patio in the morning and evenings. Everything we needed for the stay was there! Great family memories made here.

Perfect family house

We had a lovely family vacation in this spacious home. Plenty of space for our family group of adults and young children. Spacious and well equipped kitchen to cook all our meals. We really appreciated some staples in the pantry like spices, foil, and plastic wrap. Loved the big open family room/dining area where we all could gather and lower living area to for noisy young kids to play. The nice large deck is a great place to hang out. Beds, bedding, and towels all high quality making it feel like home. We brought bikes and it’s just a short ride to Frankfort and the beach and a great lakeside bike trail you can ride for miles along the beautiful shore.

Family fun

Great property! Would stay again. They had fun hang out areas: 2 hammocks, 2 swings and a bench swing. Outside fireplace for smores too on the patio/deck. We utilized the grill too one night for burgers and the kayaks that are available in the garage. They have kid plates/bowls/cups too. It was a great space for our family of 12 that included 3 generations. The only thing to note is that the website noted 2 beds in the upstairs master. The upstairs master has 1 king bed only. The pictures were accurate. The downstairs bathroom is attached to the room with the bunkbeds too just so people are aware as we were unsure from pics. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Rhiannon was quick to respond before and during our lovely stay, June 20-27. Her roomy, clean and updated home gave our family of 6 adults, 39-74, and 3 children, 10, 6 & 4, a great home base for NW Michigan activities of walking to the nearby park to use scooters & skateboards at the skate park as well as for playing pickleball and using the playground there; playing in the sand/water and sunning at Frankfort Beach and Crystal Lake; walking the pier at Frankfort Beach; racing on the alpine slide at Thompsonville; playing mini golf, spitting cherry pits and getting free food samples at Cherry Republic besides using the wonderful playground in Glen Arbor; visiting pretty Pt. Betsie Lighthouse with its top notch museum and kids’ scavenger hunt, as well as visiting Arcadia Scenic Turnout and Meijer Sculpture Garden as we headed south. Rhiannon’s rental is a great destination by itself. Many hours were spent enjoying time together around the unique fire-pit table on the huge 2nd story deck on cooler mornings and evenings as well as for the kiddos’ flying glider planes off the high deck. Our 10 y o granddaughter sang as she used our huge walk-in shower off the master bedroom. Rhiannon has lots of storage space; plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware plus 2 refrigerators, 1 upstairs and 1 in the basement. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds in the basement; our granddaughter claimed a top bunk months ago. There were lots of towels & linens and a quiet washer. Thank you!

Beautiful home within walking distance of downtown Frankfort and the beach, quick drive to multiple lakes and lighthouses, along with Sleeping Bear. Quick day trip to Mackinac is also feasible. The house is top notch and has plenty of rooms along with all of the amenities you could need.
