Pelican Guesthouse-Spacious/Quiet/Comfortable

Quiet and spacious guesthouse. Comfortable beds and immaculately kept. A few miles from gorgeous beaches, the old world charm of St Augustine historic downtown and the St Augustine Amphitheatre. Friendly neighborhood, accessible to beautiful walks along the Matanza river. Public park and playground at the end of the street. Self check in, private entrance, full kitchen, full laundry and smart TV's. Free off street parking for two cars.
FIRST FLOOR:
Living room sofa converts into two twin size beds. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Wi-Fi, YouTV and Netflix. Private entrance and enclosed patio.

SECOND FLOOR MASTER-SUITE, BATHROOM AND FULL LAUNDRY:
King size bed and comfortable sitting area including a sofa and two club chairs, smart TV, desk and chair for working.
Large shower and vanity stocked with fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.

We have a co-host who lives on the property and is happy to help with any questions. As your privacy is important to us we can confirm that the guesthouse and the main house are attached but separated by a garage and utility room. However there are no inter-leading doors.

Please note that this is strictly a PET FREE guesthouse due to severe allergies with some guests who stay with us frequently. Thanks for your understanding.

Great place!!

We had an awesome time here it was the perfect place. It was very convenient to everything. We wanted to do. very clean. Everything we needed. We brought our bikes with us and were able to store them out in the fenced in back patio when we weren’t using them. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area and we will definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Saint Augustine!!

Found Our New St. Auggie Spot!

Lovely, comfortable space and very clean. The efforts that went into creating this little gem are evident. Quiet neighborhood but short distance to stores, restaurants, etc. It was so nice to have staples stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Beautiful spot that we hope to return to on our annual trip to St. Augustine. Thank you!!

Great home.

We were very impressed with the home. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It is decorated really nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. We would stay there again.

Sweetest Spot

This location is even better in person — it is so very clean, homie, and you’ll find everything you need for a few-days stay. My husband and I came in to explore St. Augustine, and we are so glad to have picked this place as our place to stay! We hope to return in the future and enjoy this beautiful getaway spot.

Pefeft getaway.

This space was so inviting, relaxing and very spacious, we could have easily extended our stay. My husband and I came into town for a Billy Currington concert and we were so close to everything to do local to the area so convenient. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Everything was so clean and fresh. Wonderful accommodations easy easy check in and out. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space with us.

Good location, clean, quiet, easy directions, good communication and host was accommodating. Bathroom up stairs (could make it difficult for some). Thanks for opening up your place for us, made our vacation.

Top Notch

This was a really nice property. We had a little tussle with getting the key. I like a good challenge! The property is beautiful. To be honest, the TV seating is not terrible comfortable, but I understand the issue with offering extra beds. Just tough to get comfy for TV viewing. If you are older friends like we are, (2 old ladies) you will wish for that upstairs bedroom as that is where the bathroom is located. All in all this was a really nice place complete with kitties. Miss mine at home. Very suggested, lovely property!
