* Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels. Security cameras are located around the outside premise.
* Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.
* Guests are responsible for refilling gas tank when empty.

Furry friends
* Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
* Must be fully house trained
* Must be completely cleaned up after
* Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
* Crated indoors when not home with the pet
* If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
* Not allowed on the indoor furniture, bedding or in the hot tub.

Please note that there's a house currently being built across the street from us, so there might be some construction noise during the day.
