This Santa Rosa Sound front cottage offers you the opportunity to enjoy an easy carefree beach vacation experience. Bring the kids, bring Fido and come have that relaxing, carefree beach vacation you need and deserve. This three-bedroom, two-bath cottage accommodates nine guests comfortably. One bedroom has a King bed, one bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the third bedroom has a custom built-in twin over Queen Bunk Bed. Both bathrooms are full baths with tile showers.

The home is located right on Santa Rosa Sound with stairs for water access. Enjoy the covered patio and colorful sunsets from this beach cottage. Dining, shopping and nightlife are just a few blocks away.

We loved this little house. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which our teenagers loved. Very safe neighborhood and we loved our little sound-side beach. Highly recommend this place for families.

The inside was perfect. Clean & spacious. Love the remodeling that was done inside. Outside, typical beach house. We enjoyed the beach area we had on the bay. Perfect area for the kids to play in the sand. Would rent again!

For the first time since all of our children moved away, about 7 years, we were all able to make arrangements to take this time together. It was a delightful little home. The views from the Master bedroom and the Living, Dining area were amazing!! We had to contact the office to get another propane tank and they delivered it before we could get back from the grocery. Private little beach for hunting for shells or a quick dip in the water. Just overall great place! We will be back.

Very cozy little spot. Not as secluded as we expected as there is a house within 25 feet on three different sides of the house. A nice place for a home base. Close by everything on the island.

We live 20 mins away and were on a stay-cation because there is no other beach I'd rather stay at. The house was perfectly perfect!! Close walk to everything!! Great layout. I loved the the windows in tbe living room! It was just a wonderful week!!

Cute house, great location

We loved staying in this property over Thanksgiving week. The view is amazing. It looks like you're in the ocean looking out the living room windows. It was very quiet and relaxing and a great size for us - me, my husband, my 10 year old, and our two dogs. There was room for more guests. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress in the main bedroom is pretty worn down (two dips, one on each side) and hard so we didn't sleep as well as we could have. I love staying on the sound and this is a great location for that. I did slightly miss having a pier but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Would definitely stay again, especially if the master bedroom gets a new mattress.

The location on the bay and the tidal beach were perfect for our dog. It is only a short walk to the Gulf beach access as well. The house itself has been thoughtfully remodeled and very comfortable. The beds were really good and the kitchen well appointed. We appreciated the care that the owners put into the house and the generous offerings. We had paddle boards and a kayak delivered and were able to see all the rays swimming around.

Very cute beach house. Everything was updated and nicely decorated. The gas grill could be replaced because of rust on the bottom. Need to update arial picture on website. The current picture shows no house on either side but one was built next to it. Would also suggest clearing out overgrown weeds in yard better so dogs don't pick up those small prickly burrs on their paws.

The bayside water is incredible, and the dogs had the best time ever! When you are sitting in the den it literally looks like you are over the water. The place was very clean, and even better than the pictures. It is close to all the restaurants and shops, which are great, and we all enjoyed lots a terrific seafood. Had a great outside grill where we did steaks from The Butcher Shoppe that were wonderful. It was a relax fest for the whole family. I have recommended Paradise Beach Homes to everyone! We had one issue and it was fixed quickly and the guys were so nice. It was all easy to find and reserve for our vacation. Thanks

Picky but great!

My first thoughts when I walked in were that it seemed bigger than advertised. I was very impressed and I would definitely stay here again. It was wonderful to wake up to the water right outside out windows. The view was truly to die for and it was nice to have the bay right there for us to enjoy with calm waters. The bed was nice but I think the pillows could use a refresh. The sizes of each bedroom was fitting and comfortable for each person in the room. I want to be back here! It was such a nice little shack. Things I picked at: it rained a good bit during my stay and there were multiple puddles around the house. One of the benches in the back was missing a leg but it was still out there for guests to sit on. The AC was clogged at one point and wouldn't cut on when we needed to and it got warm in the house (it was quickly fixed when we saw it was an issue), the internet was strong at times then weak at times.
