Your perfect home away from home! We had designed this home with YOU in mind. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home is the perfect place for a large family/big group. We have a total of 8 beds and 5 smart televisions throughout the home that can connect to almost all of your streaming accounts (ex: Netflix/Hulu/Sling/Prime Video/YoutubeTV) and of course WiFi!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Sign out of all accounts on all of the TVs
Double-check all drawers/outlets, the laundry room, and the garage for personal items
Make sure all large dishware is clean before putting them back in the cabinets
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Comply w/ HOA Rules. We will notify guests if we are notified of a violation. Guests are responsible for unfixed HOA violations fines.
Keys: Any unreturned keys at the end of your stay will be a $50 fee per lost key
Please remove your shoes when in the house, slippers will be provided. Please respect the home, any damages to the home will be charged to the guest.
