Rooms were clean. The property is in decent shape. Good neighborhood to be in next to a golf course. May need a few additional cooking utensils for kitchen and grilling. Communication with the host was pretty decent considering we got in super late. Great value for your money for a quick trip to Phoenix.

The host is new to the VRBO world. He was very responsive to our many needs and requests.Patio faces golf course. Fenced in yard is nice being there are coyotes roaming around day and night.The pool/spa and activity amenities are not on site but are 'community centers' throughout Sun City. We were not able to use these amenities during our stay as the host is required to request guest passes for each visitor for every day they want to use them. If you are renting this home provide Tony with the members of your party so that he can access those guest passes for you before you arrive.On site washer/dryer are great!Star Ratings: 0 Rec Center Access * Outdoor Curb Appeal ** Cleanliness (host was responsive to our complaint) **** Host responsiveness **** Location
