Thank you ! This beautiful newly renovated two story home with stunning water views is available for rent. The house was recently painted white this fall. It is located directly across the street from Big Fresh Pond in Southampton. The house has its own private dock giving you access to swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding right in your front yard. The dock has two chairs on it to enjoy the water views. The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor in the front of the home and has water views, a queen size bed, TV and large closet. There is a shade to cover the skylight if you prefer to close it not shown in the picture . The second bedroom located on the second floor next to the master also has water views, it has two twin beds, TV and a large closet. The third bedroom located on the second floor has a queen size bed, TV and large closet. It also has a shade you can close on the skylight not shown in the picture . There is a large bathroom with a walk in shower located on the second floor. The first floor of the home has a spacious eat in kitchen with large glass sliding doors that open to a patio with a outdoor dining table and seating area. There is a second seating area in the front of the house. The main room of the house is an open floor plan with large windows giving you a spectacular view of the water. Off the living room is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fourth room that can be used as an office or a small bedroom. It has a desk and a twin size futon couch. The laundry room is located on the first floor. The house is located 3 miles from Southamtpon Village with great restaurants and shops and beaches .
