Our condo is one of the best values in Breckenridge. It's close enough to town yet far enough removed, to provide a quiet, convenient and most importantly, a clean place to stay. A complementary shuttle bus is available to main street, slopes, shopping, dining, Keystone and beyond!

This Ski & Racquet 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with continual upgrades, fits any families' taste! With a separate sitting area from the living room, you could sit down to read a book while others are watching one of the many cable TV channels, surfing the internet (Free Wi-Fi) or watching a movie! The up-to-date, fully stocked kitchen - you name it, we have it - coffee grinder, blender, waffle maker, bagel/bread toaster, a good set of pots and pans - has everything to cook killer meals while the dining table sits 6 with chairs and bench. Warmly furnished with a gas-burning fireplace, flat screen TV's in the living room/master bedroom, Music station with audio cable connect to listen to your tunes, antiques, and gas grill (middle burner is the ignition). This Ski & Racquet has everything to make you feel right at home! It also comes fully furnished with DVD's, books, games and sporting equipment. About Mary Edwards

Busy professionals who enjoys travel, sports, real estate and entertaining. I bought this property in 1996 due to the location and the views, with the hopes of living here full time. When I realized I wasn't able to do that I decided to enjoy the property when I was able and have others enjoy it as well. Together with my neighbors/owners we have a vested interest in maintaining the property for all to appreciate. The Ski and Racquet development dates back to the early 70's and sits on one of the choicest pieces of property in Breck. We did a major overhaul of the outside of our buildings in 2012/2013, and redid the tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball court in July 2016. The inside is warm and inviting and brings good vibrations to all. Great value, big fun. Enjoy!

Great value, location and mountain views!

Stocked well for cooking, rustic and tasteful decor, fresh bedding, covered parking, friendly and quiet neighbors. 5 min ride to Blue Moose for breakfast and parking lot F next to Village Lifts. Everything was perfect for our spring ski weekend at this condo.

Great place and location

Great place, Amazing Owners.

We stayed here during a recent ski vacation and found the condo to be exactly as advertised! It was welcoming, warm, and inviting. We ended up having a rather odd situation arise during our stay, and had to cut our trip short. The owner was absolutely amazing to work worth. We would stay here again simply based on how great the owner is. All in all, we will be staying there again the next time our trip calls for a condo of that size.

Truly Beautiful

2 couples looking for a relaxing getaway in Breck. The condo was gorgeous with all the amenities you could ask for and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The covered parking was an added bonus when it snowed. The condo was warm and inviting and I felt very much at home. Mary was great to work with and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend this condo and am hoping to return back in the near future. Thank you Mary for a great experience filled with tons of memories.
