Communication leading up to, and during, our stay was excellent. Unit was very clean and provided plenty of supplies (e.g., tissues, paper towels) for our week-long stay. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked (more than other rental homes we've been in before). The community facilities (e.g., pool, hot tubs) exceeded expectations with plenty of lounge chairs, towels, and bathrooms. People were respectful of quiet hours.

Great location. Everything was very good. Only negatives were low water pressure in the Master Bath, front door needs weather stripping, and garage door needs to be adjusted so it always opens to the full open position.

Maintenance of property

The house is lovely and has fine amenities. Unfortunately the street, driveway and sidewalks were not well treated. I broke my ankle outside the house after slipping on the ice and our trip ended abruptly.

It was a great condo for our spring skiing trip for our family of 5. We accessed the ski mountain by skiing to the tunnel to the gondola daily, and skied right home to the condo at the end of the day on the Four Oā€™Clock run. We walked into town (<5 min walk) most nights. We did cook dinner at home a couple of times and we had all the pots/pans/tools we needed. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs, and we also used those daily.
