Apartment on ground floor comprising 2 bedrooms (1 160cm double bed and 2 80cm single beds that can be joined to make a 160cm bed), 1 large living room, separate fitted kitchen with utility room, independent toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower, large terrace. Absolute calm, open view.

The apartment is ideally located with local shops: 5min walk to a bar/restaurant, pharmacy, newspaper, tobacconist, dry cleaner, supermarket, post office, local fruit and vegetables, cheese shop, rôtisserie, etc...
