Wonderful location!

Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive to any issues that arose. The condo was well stocked with all the essentials to make your vacation great!

Great vacation!

This is our second time staying at this property and first time at this unit. The unit had all of the necessities and more. It was very comfortable and welcoming. The beach is amazing everything you need is close by. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Great facilities

We had a fabulous time here. We met another friend who rented a separate unit in the same complex. The pool, bar, amenities and beach location were fabulous. Very close to Johns Pass. This unit had plenty of games for kids and beach toys as well as all the kitchen essentials and Derek was great to communicate with. Normal wear and tear on some things but expected for a high volume beach rental. Would recommend.

Girls Trip

My mom, daughter, niece, and I came here for a short getaway. We loved our stay. The location, cleanliness, and comfort of the condo was excellent!!! Even more importantly
communication was so prompt and helpful! We were more than satisfied with our stay here!

Great stay!

I stayed here with 2 additional adults and a younger child. The property was as it looked inside and out. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable! The property had pool/ocean toys and rafts in the unit and outside the building for people to use and leave when they check out. The pool is large with plenty of room - it was never too crowded to get a chair or have room in the pool. The other guests all seemed very nice and friendly. This location is right on the beach so it is an easy walk to and from. 20 min from st Pete pier, 15 minute walk to John’s Pass. A trolley/bus line runs up and down the coast with a stop right at the hotel. We did have to do some research on the trolley times and stops but once we did, it was an easy ride. I would definitely go back!!

Updated Condo

This condo was clean and updated. It was well stocked with towels, dish towels, kitchen tools, pots and pans, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Gorgeous

My family and I had the most amazing time at Dereks Treasure Island Condo. The Condo was beautiful and updated. The view was great and the beach was fabulous!! So much to do around the neighborhood and a great place to just chill on the beach. Ice cream shop next door, which made my husband and daughter extremely excited 😁 Amazing restaurant on site with friendly staff and amazing food! Pool was beautiful as well! Cannot wait to come back to Treasure Island and Deteks Condo! đŸŒŠđŸŹâ€ïž
