Beautiful property in a spectacular central location. The host was wonderful in all our communications regarding the property and recommendations for the area. Thank you Michelle. Greatly appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay! House is great for two couples/families. Communications in advance of check in were clear. Easy walk to slopes (although recommend getting a ski locker near the gondola) and town/restaurants. Would love to stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay in this bright, sunny house that is located just a short, pretty walk from everything in town. Michelle was very helpful and quick to respond.
Location was fantastic and the home had many great features. The best were comfortable beds, hot tub with beautiful views and amazing art work throughout! Property manager was very responsive.
Love the house. Enough room for everyone to have their own space or to join with each other in the great room. The location is perfect - walking distance to both villages.
Our group of 6 adults and a toddler had a fantastic vacation at this property. The house is a 10 minute walk to Vail Village, and about 15 to Lions Head Village along a very scenic creekside trail. The family room in the house was perfect for us with the huge wood-burning fireplace, lots of sofa space for everyone, a table in the corner for a jigsaw puzzle, and another large table for games. The hot tub was awesome, too! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The Perfect Stay in Vail
As you turn on to the most impressive street in Vail (surrounded by 30+MM homes) you arrive at this architectural gem in the mountains. A short walk from either Vail or Lionshead. Stunning home with a great living room and fireplace. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing. We will be back!
Beautiful house in absolutely great location. Everything accessible by foot.
Good size, nice backyard, lots of areas to relax and socialize.
Fully equipped kitchen, very nice.
Wifi needed rebooting at times, and weak, did not reach backyard.
Would be nice to have tv in living room.
Michelle was great, always quickly responding to any questions or issues.
Michelle was awesome in regards to communication. The house was spacious with a huge fireplace that we used nightly. Great hot tub for 6. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. There are 3 big comfy couches in the main room, two dining tables and a game table. The study is off the main room and has a tv. Beds were comfortable. It is not a new construction and a few strings show their age but I thought it was charming.
We rented from American ski exchange and left our skis there overnight for free. They rent lockers for $2. I wouldn’t trek to the gondola in snow boots but it’s a short walk in shoes.
My only negative is that, in my mind, it sleeps 6. There is a trundle bed in the tv room but it’s not particularly comfortable. I think it’s described as a double futon but it’s pretty firm and really serves better as a single. Still, it’s a minor complaint. I would certainly rent here again.
Great location and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good choice for three couples all wanting king beds and private bathrooms. Very nice hot tub and we used the fireplace on cool mornings. No AC so keep that in mind if you’re going in the warmer months. This is part of a duplex. Loved the views in the backyard. Nice big living area and separate TV room/ den. Kitchen was well stocked.
This property is wonderful in many ways. The location is ideal with just a short walk to both Vail Village and Lionshead Village. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and great for walking. The house is well equipped and spacious so everyone can have their own space. The rental manager was easy to contact and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!
My family and I travelled out to Vail for our kids (age 10 & 13) spring break. We also met family from Seattle and Denver. We had a great week of snow and skiing. The house is very clean, well organized and full of every kitchen appliance or tool you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub very welcoming after long days of skiing. The walk to either gondola was a little challenging in ski boots for our group, so we did do some driving and dropping off. It all worked out great, and our kids can’t wait to go back!
We have stayed almost everywhere in Vail over the years ( Wren , Sonnenalp , Manor Vail , Villa Cortina , Antlers , Christiania ) and this was certainly a favorite . The kitchen is well equipped and the village is an easy 5-7 minute walk away. We had one small issue and Manager had someone at the house to remedy before 8 am and within 30 minutes of notifying her. Both sides are very nice with excellent fire places .
Thank you very much for a fantastic stay in the best location of Vail!
The house was amazing and very comfortable, the spa beautiful to relax in after a day on the slopes.
We could walk everywhere in Vail Village (10 minute walk with ski boots to access the piste) and had a truly magnificent time!
Ideal location within walking distance to restaurants and Gondola 1. Leave your skis at Vistabahn overnight storage at base of gondola as this makes the walk much easier. Huge wood burning fireplace and hot tub great for relaxing after skiing. The three bedrooms each have wonderful privacy and are very comfortable. Highly recommend.
