It's easy to see why the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is the #1 most visited National Park in the United States. With over 12 million visitors per year, it is 3 times the 2nd place Grand Canyon. Providing year-round attractions, come soak it all in and make your Instagram friends jealous!

- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!

- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.

- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian.

- Absolutely No Pets or animals of any kind! If you sneak in a pet you will be charged $120.

- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.

- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.

- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.

- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.

- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.

- Unfortunately, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. Thanks for looking!

- Electric fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1

We loved this cabin! It was close to everything but far enough from the busyness of Pigeon Forge. We could spread out and relax! Loved the hot tub and movie room. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook a few dinners too.

We came the first of the new year and still got to see the house decorated for Christmas which we enjoyed. Easy to sleep a family of 6-8. Close to the city of PF but you have the peace and quiet of nature. Would definitely recommend booking here!
