Beautifully landscaped & renovated property with a spacious backyard. Amazing Heated pool (some fees may apply, please ask about this - summer and winter schedules are different for heated pool), travertine pavers, privacy fence, landscape lighting and plenty of room. Gazebo and outdoor furniture features patio seating, outdoor dining, pool loungers, bean bag and even a hanging egg chair.

Laundry on site.

It is great for large families or even bigger groups. Of course, there is still a very large main kitchen and dining area that can sit 10. With a large resort-style patio, the backyard is a dream, with a heated pool, plenty of sun umbrellas.

This 5 beds/ 3 baths property has 8 double beds, 1 queen-size bed, 3 super comfy queen size air mattresses, and one twin size air mattress.

Free bikes with every rental (upon request).

Fort Lauderdale area is beautiful and a true tourist destination, no matter what you are in to, and our luxurious, elegant and huge property just might be the home base from which you can experience it.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30):
It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio and/or Pool. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.

Just to clarify this means ONLY OUTSIDE areas of the building. No surveillance of any kind is inside of the building. Host respects the guest's privacy and safety 100% and will do anything to protect it." The maximum authorized for occupancy it's 15 people. It is allowed up to 5 more persons to gather at the property (1 1/2per occupant) never more than 20 unless a property owner it's present during the gathering. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from occupancy, not from payment.

Great Location & Spacious but needs some maintenance

Great for large groups. Close to everything. Appears to be undergoing some renovations, so there were some minor inconveniences.

Spacious

Pros: It was very spacious, enjoyed the pool and amenities. Cons: It smelled like they had fumigated, and the smell stayed the entire time, we found a couple dead cockroaches. The floors were not finished a lot of missing tiles. Needs updating.

This property is outdated needs a lot of repairs to it and maintenance. was not the cleanest. floors in the house were horrible with cracks. Door knob front door needs replacing. Almost everything in the house were slightly broken damage or loose. I made sure to take lots of pictures just in case because how it was given to me is exactly how I left it . I was almost afraid to touch anything because of the condition. But overall it did what need to be done which was having a sleepover with my kids and nieces for a girl night out and it was a bit scary too many doors, going into different rooms or same room outside was beautiful just need a lot of yard work if they update this house it would be amazing it has the potential for sure but for what I paid to me was a little to much with all the repairs that need to be done. Thanks anyway
