Since another guest may check out the same day you check-in, to guarantee an earlier check-in, you must reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

- Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, bar soap, 2 oz. each of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and basic cleaning supplies

CHECK-IN - Once you’re in Honolulu, you will need to make a phone call to arrange a time for your personal check-in. A cell phone is preferred in case the property manager needs to call you back.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo at 11am the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in (8am or later) is to reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we will do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but as the next guest may check-in at 3pm the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

It was a wonderful condominium. very clean, easy to access. No need to check in and out. If a travel want to make lriginal plan with family, I recommend to use it .

A nice spot

The location is great, just a short walk from the beach and lots of shops/restaurants. It’s a well equipped place with a gorgeous view. It was clean, and comfortable to stay in. The pullout sofa is smaller than a queen, though; it could still fit two people but you have to be close. We appreciated the parking that was included as well as the air conditioning unit. All in all, I’d rent this property again.

Updated plenty of amenities

Loved this property. Stayed in 3 other units but this was our favorite. Host was responsive. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen island was a big plus. We got beach towels. We didn’t use the beach gears but we saw 4 chairs, umbrellas, plenty of floatie sand beach toys. Parking was free.

Beautiful View!

Overall great unit! Nicely remodeled and everything you need. Loved the view and easy walkable location to the beach, food and shops. Just as a heads up, the futon as mentioned in the listing is no longer a sofa futon as shown in the photos. They replaced it with a regular sofa and there is a mattress folded behind the sofa to put out on the floor. The property manager was not clear about this for our booking.

Not as described

We were disappointed in our stay. Pros: location, free parking, nice kitchen, lots of beach towels and beach and pool toys/floats, end unit. Cons: There is no central AC, but a HUGE roller AC unit that can only be pointed in one direction and it takes forever to cool down a section of the apartment. There is no sleeper sofa, only a playmat type of thing that unfolds on the ground. Two of our kids didn’t mind sleeping on it, but it would be horrible for an adult to sleep on it. The queen bed in the bedroom (the one by the window) sinks in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The shower curtain in the bathroom has mold everywhere and the stopper for the bathtub does not work. Laundry is at the other end of the building and it’s pricey. Also, when we checked in, it didn’t seem like the floors were cleaned. There was sand and dust everywhere. We would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Convenient Location and Beautiful View of the Ocean

The apartment was clean and conveniently located. It said it had a pull-out couch, but when we got there it had a futon that was terrible to try and sleep on. I was told someone broke the sleeper couch. They need to replace the sleeper couch or advertise the place as sleeps 4 not 6. The view was wonderful from the balcony. You cannot leave your luggage with the bellman if you want to sightsee after you check out. You have to take it with you. I didn't like not receiving the check-in information until the day before our arrival. I asked several questions in advance, but I didn't receive answers right away and had to re-ask them. The responses I eventually received were curt, which I didn't appreciate. The shower was very nice and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. It didn't have central AC so there was a stand up unit in the apartment that took awhile to cool the place down after we got there. Overall, the place was nice and I would stay there again if I had a group of 4 not 6 unless they quit using a futon for the sleeping arrangements and put a sleeper couch back in.

Unit Severely Under Equipped. Beware of Property Manager

The unit was in poor condition, we did everything in our power to stay out of the apartment and enjoy Hawaii. We had no instructions for WiFi, house rules or check-out instructions. The bedsheets were extremely stained with large red marks. The unit is severely lacking in kitchen equipment. We had 3 forks. THREE forks. What tools we had were broken. The top of the slotted spoon, fell off its handle as I tried to boil pasta. With the cooking equipment provided to us, it was almost impossible to have meals in the unit. We had to eat out a lot more than we had planned. Much of the furniture was chipped and broken. The unit was listed as having a futon. My husband had to sleep on the floor on some sort of folding mattress which was definitely NOT a futon. No pillowcases were provided for the extra pillows. Nor were extra sheets or blankets for the Definitely-Not-a-Futon. The pool area, grills and playground which all were under construction. We were not able to use the grills and the restrooms on that level were closed which is quite the dilemma when trying to swim with young children. The tap water was undrinkable and tasted like grimy soap. No Brita or filter was provided to counteract the poor taste. The property manager is trying to charge us for damage that existed PRIOR to arrival. If you do stay here, take photos and beware.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und Blick

Die Lage in Waikiki ist perfekt. Der Blick vom 32. Stockwerk fast unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schnell, kleinere Probleme wurden sehr schnell gelöst. Selbst für 6 Personen war der Platz ausreichend. Wir haben auch den kostenfreien Parkplatz sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Das Gebäude selbst ist schon älter, die Fahrstühle oft überlastet. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber in keinster Weise geschmälert! Gern wieder , Mahalo
