The best vacation home experience I have ever had. I can’t recommend this home enough for a family or small group. The owners had clear communication and instructions for operating everything in the house as well as the checking in and out process. All of this on top of the perfect location for what we were looking for out of our Santa Barbara experience. The owners of this home should be the standard for operating a vacation home.

We stayed at Casa Playa for several weeks and I can’t say enough good things about the property and the location. There are so many world class activities within walking distance…whale watching, beaches, museums, shopping, fantastic food and wine and weather. The house itself was immaculate and has great vibes. Comfy beds…much appreciated AC during a heat wave…great bathrooms and a top notch kitchen with high end appliances. It’s the good life.

2nd time here at Casa Playa. Great location and easy walking to everything in the area. We have also stayed across the court at Harbor Retreat (222) as well. Casa Playa is the same setup but a better format with the external entrance directly onto the 2nd floor from the outside. All suites have their own AC which is a nice feature. Auto-shades are a nice touch in the bedrooms and main 1st floor bathroom. Kitchen is well maintained with both Keurig and Nespresso options. Nice flatware and dishes with complete cookware. BBQ is well maintained and easy to use. Very nice Sonos system in main area. Got to be careful on parking on Yanonali. We knew about the street cleaning schedule from one side of street to other on Wed/Thurs. But we were not aware of the "Parking Permit" required on the opposite side of the street on weekends. Got a little extra 60 ticket for our trip. There were 6 of us with ample room and accommodations. We will be back.

This property is extremely well appointed with high end touches - it offers beautiful decorating throughout. We stayed here for our daughter’s Santa Barbara wedding and it was the perfect place. The living area has a wonderful open space for visiting - and the spacious bedrooms had incredibly comfortable beds!! Great place to stay!

Amazing place!

Our family of 5 (all adult children) stayed at Casa Playa to celebrate our son’s graduation from UCSB. Everyone had plenty of privacy and space. Location was wonderful for going to the beach or meeting other family members staying downtown. Beautiful place!
