4-bedroom-house with modern design, newly renovated, perfectly located just four minutes walking distance from the most popular surf beach on the East Coast. This house has a large 180-degree-terrace with glass doors that open to the living room, which has a 12-feet ceiling. The house is a five minute-drive from Montauk town as well as Montauk harbor. Included are five bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards. Great bonus: You won't need a parking permit for the crowded parking lot in Ditch. The house has solar panels and a 12-foot-trampoline.

Great stay!

We had a great experience staying here. Lars was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was perfect for our family and the location couldn't have been better for walking or riding bikes to Ditch Beach!

Our second summer staying in Montauk and love Lars’ place. It is the perfect combination of convenience, cool and captivating. We loved being so close to the beach; to be able to roll out of bed and be on the beach for an early morning walk, calming surf ASMR and a latte and coffee cake at Ditch Witch….sublime. Lars was, again, a great host, incredibly flexible and responsive and gave great recommendations on experiences/food in the area. Fast forward to next year, please.

Heaven In Ditch Plains

We were so happy with our stay at Lars's house. It is beautiful, modern, well-maintained and had everything we could want and more. They let us use the bikes, the surfboards, the boogie boards and the beach chairs. They were very thoughtful with their home instructions and had great suggestions for restaurants. We had our 3 sons with us and each had his own room. It's a cozy house but absolutely perfect for our family with 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower which we all enjoyed! It's also in a perfect location. It feels very private but it's only (and we timed it!) a 4-5 minute walk down to the main Ditch Plains beach entry. I walked down every morning to get a latte at the Ditch Witch and watch the surfers. Lars was super responsive when I couldn't figure out how to work the espresso machine. Everything worked perfectly, the house is set up so comfortably and with tons of light. We just loved it!

Picture Perfect

We had the best time in Montauk at this lovely home. It was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat - a quick stroll to our favorite beach. The house itself is beautiful - incredible deck complete with ample dining and lounge furniture, open and spacious living area, great bedrooms with super comfortable beds…all nicely appointed and decorated. Everything was presented accurately and the owner was totally accessible. We loved every minute being there and hope to be back soon!
