We found everything that we needed. I think that as many as a family of five (two children) could stay here because of the sectional sofa but it was great for the two of us.For me, the extra coffee and creamers stood out because I loved the special flavors. Bathroom, bedroom and closet are nice-sized and the sofa very comfy! We enjoyed walking to the square! MIchael is very nice and personable.
The apartment met all our needs, was clean and within walking distance of downtown Dahlonega. Michael was an attentive host, checking to make sure we had what we needed.
The property had all the amenities we required. Spotlessly clean and felt more like a home than a rental. Excellent location. Would definitely stay at Michael"s place again.
The house was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people. The location is in walking distance to downtown. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for the review. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Please keep us in mind for any future visits.
We were in town for our daughter's graduation from UNG. Place was clean, check in easy and location perfect. The only thing is the bathroom access is through the main bedroom. We didn't know that until we got there, but it was no big deal for us. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO
This apt is an easy walk to town. We enjoyed a weekend full of an ‘Old fashioned Christmas’ in Dahlonega.
We felt completely safe in this area and it was great to have a kitchen and laundry.
The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot with good water pressure and there is a Keurig with some coffee pods so all was good!
My Wife and I had a blast over the weekend in Dahlonega. We would recommend this little apt. to any couples that are looking to get away for some wine tastings in the North Georgia mountains. Very clean and quaint.
The property was clean, well appointed, and within walking distance of the town square.
I loved the keurig-type coffee and the zero water filter.
The property owner provided excellent instructions and communicated well. I would imagine he would be very responsive but we had no issues or reasons to contact him.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at this location again.
Close enough to walk to the Square. Plenty of space. As another person posted, the bathroom is through the main bedroom ( which only matters if you wanted to put a 3rd person in the extra room).
Owner was friendly and very responsive to any questions.
Our host MichAel was easy to correspond with. Our stay was good with easy access to downtown. There are a few suggestions that we would like to offer. There needs to be a curtain on the entrance door, you can see in front bedroom and kitchen The shower curtain needs to be replaced as it has mold on bottom. The bathtub fills up with water up to ankles and drains slowly. We would have loved to have an end table and lamp in den. Ceiling light was too harsh while playing cards. Also we had to go to other unit to get WiFi information and found instructions as what to do when checking out. We found none in the unit we stayed in.
A wonderfully quiet hideaway for parents who never get away from the kids.
Property manager was fast to reply to text at check in. Cozy, quiet, and simple. Just what we wanted as tired parents. We Doordashed our breakfast and lunch and reheated as needed in kitchen. Slept and watched tv during the day and went to see Christmas lights at night while finding delicious restaurants. Only suggestion is bring your blankets when it’s cold out. Lots of windows show beautiful mountains but also lets the room get chilled faster for you cold natured friends! Not a complaint just a suggestion for a cozier time. Thank you for a great time.

Thank you for the suggestion, I just added a cozy blanket for our cold natured guest.
You can’t beat the location. The second room is really small and the bathroom access only being from the large bathroom isn’t the greatest but totally worth the hassle for the location
A friend and I stayed here for our holiday getaway. The location was close enough to be able to walk into Dahlonega but far enough from town to be very quiet.
The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, and the owner was very personable. He was really responsive to our needs - he came over within a few minutes when we were out of paper towels and tissues. Don’t panic if he doesn’t text back right away - he might just knock! The property was just a few minutes’ drive from every place we went, and honestly, we probably could’ve walked to lots of the places. I would definitely love to stay there again!
We enjoyed the property and it's convience to town. Walking is much easier than finding a parking spot. We loved the Nespresso machine and the Starbucks pods for our delicious morning beverages.
