While private and serene, you’re just minutes away from Gatlinburg and popular attractions like the Rocky Top Sports Complex and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Bed Setup:
Main Floor: King bedroom with a private screened porch and shared hall bath, sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lower Level: King bedroom with direct hot tub access and shared hall bath, sleeper sofa in the theater room.

One pet (50 lbs. or less) is allowed but must be crated when left alone.
The minimum age to rent is 21 years.
Parties are not permitted.
Firewood for the outdoor firepit is not provided but can be purchased locally.
