This place is in a walkable, central location in Tampa, which was very convenient for us as we visited family members all over town. The home offered comfortable amenities as well as a perfectly-sized pool for refreshing swims. Can’t appreciate enough the provided coffee, the complimentary toothbrush (someone in our group didn’t pack one) and flip flops, and the very clean rooms. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
The property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The neighbor hood is definitely in a transition phase of improving the houses, but it is cute and quaint. Nebraska Avenue was not as safe as we had hoped, but we felt very safe in the house. Overall, we had a great stay.
We used this property while moving our daughter to town for an internship at the Tampa Zoo. The closeness to the Zoo made it great for us to get around back and forth to the zoo. I only wished i could of rented the house for her to stay in while doing her internship.
We didn’t know what to expect because we’ve never been to the Tampa area. This neighborhood was quiet and safe and so quaint. We fished in the river which was a block away from the house. The house was clean, stocked well, and comfortable. It was simple and adorable. Great stay!

Thanks so much John! I always refer to this neighborhood as Tampa's hidden Gem! Its so quiet and peaceful, especially with the river so close and the micro parks!!
Cute home and area but not pointing out the steep driveway issue in the listing is an issue. Also remotely altering a/c doesn’t increase guest comfort level. 2 notes not about the property: one neighbor very loud offensive language on one side and construction with generator running on other(know before you go)

Thanks Stephanie,
We do allow guests to control the thermostat locally. We just dont allow below 69 degrees since it will freeze up the system with the high humidity levels. Hopefully the generator next door will be done when the house is completed in a few weeks. I have never witnessed it so it may be something new. BTW, the driveway is disclosed in both the listing and our communication post booking.

I don't even know what to say to this. You broke our house rules. You were in the pool at 2 AM smoking weed you left our entire house reeking of weed. . As I stated in those messages, we only checked the cameras in order to see what went on in the house in the event of a reported, problem, or neighbor, complaint of which we received both. Our neighbors let us know they were naked people in the backyard at 2 AM and they have young children. I meant as far as posting, posting in the message thread so that you can see it since you denied this. You continue to harass me and threaten me after this that's when we cut off contact with you.
The home is located on a hill and the drive way is extremely low,, which caused me to hit the bottom of my car numerous times. My 2 year old granddaughter was with me and there was no access to the back yard. The listing advertised POOL which is false advertisement if the pool is still under construction. You find that out later after you reserve your stay.

Your failure to read the listing that the pool at the time was under construction is something we cannot change. Im sorry for the trouble but you and your guests were nothing but that.
