The dining table offers additional space for meals or board games, while the adjacent living area boasts dual sofas, a TV, and sliding door access out to your balcony. Don't worry about staying connected during your stay, as free WiFi is available. And, a private washer/dryer is available in the condo for keeping those sandy suits clean.

Tides is part of a gated community, which offers two pools, a jacuzzi, sun deck, on-site restaurants, gas grills, a putting green, a basketball court, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. During the summer months, you'll find family friendly activities daily on the Gulf-front pool deck at the Blue Dunes Grille.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
