Sands Beach Club 4th floor newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Ocean front/ marsh front. The best of both worlds.
Welcome to our newly renovated 4th floor condo. The fourth-floor unit offers amazing views. Where Singleton Swash meets the Atlantic. Your own personal Paradise. Enjoy watching the sunset on the balcony while sipping a cool refreshment.

The condo has a coastal farmhouse feel. The kitchen has a 2 eye cook top, refrigerator, and microwave that is doubles as a Convection oven perfect for pizza rolls, or anything else you to make feeding the crew easier. The living room as comfortable leather sofa & love seat that recline, while the dining room offers a high-top table to enjoy the spectacular views while eating.

Each bedroom has a queen sized adjustable bed, with memory foam mattresses and an LG smart TV with all the channels. You can log into you own Hulu and Netflix accounts to watch your shows from home in the evenings or on a rainy day. The condo has high speed Wi-Fi so you can catch up on your social media status. The fully updated master bath, with a roomy tile shower. This shower has a hand-held showerhead for rinsing off the little ones. The hall bath has a small shower insert, and offers a great place for the kids to clean up after a day on the beach.

Sands Beach Club offers two outside pools, an indoor pool, and hot tub. Tennis courts and a basketball court are over the covered parking area. There is also a fitness room as well as a large bar and oceanfront restaurant (Don’t Get Twisted). You can also use the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs at other Sands Ocean Club. Ocean Annie’s is 300 yards up the beach and features they have live bands twelve hours a day in the summer. Don't worry, you cannot hear the bands or the large crowds from this condo. You will only experience the quiet of the swash and the sound of the ocean and sea gulls.
Enjoy area shopping and restaurants within minutes from this condo. Broadway at the Beach is within 10 minutes. Tanger Outlets are 3 miles away, and Restaurant Row are also nearby. Please call or email for more information.

Sands Beach Club

Great condo for our stay at the beach! Only problem we had was learning how to use the tv. We needed better directions on using the remotes. But, absolutely loved the condo!

Ocean Meets Marsh at the Swash

This location provides a view of the ocean as well as proximity to an area of marsh which is peaceful and lovely. The shallow water of the Swash is an excellent place for small children to splash and wade while older children catch minnows with nets. The condo was pleasantly decorated, and the beds were comfortable. It is also located in a great location on the line between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach with many attractions and restaurants nearby to the north and south.
