Frank’s lake house is very comfortable and clean. It’s located 5min aprox to boat rentals and 10 min drive to a public beach. We had a great time at lake George and hope to come back.

Perfect getaway

The home was perfect for our couples trip getaway! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and came fully equipped for us to cook our meals. Our host, Frank, was also very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t recommend a stay enough!

Beautiful house in Sabbath Day Point

Frank & Nicole were fantastic hosts for my family. Their house is beautiful, extremely well kept and sits in a peaceful little neighborhood. I absolutely would come back to this house again, and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet family getaway.

First time in the Lake George area.

The house is well equipped, sparkling clean. So much to do in the area, and no crowds at either beach area, restaurants. Our host was very quick in response to any questions we had. Loved the river rafting we did for the first time!

Best vacation ever in perfect location

This house is perfect! So beautiful and located close to amazing attractions including Silver Bay YMCA and Up Yonda Farm. The hosts were so kind and helpful throughout. The house had everything you could ever need including a beautiful front porch and backyard! We had an absolute blast and hope to be back again soon.

Relaxing weekend

The house was clean, beautiful and spacious. Love the decor and plentiful activities for familys to enjoy. The location made it easy to access restaurants and Attractions . Our host was very informative and responded to emails in a timely fashion. Would love to rent this beautiful home again.

A beautiful home in great location. Far enough from the town close enough if you needed north or south close to the highway. Secluded residential area close to the lake. The owner was very helpful and prompt with any inquiries.

Fantastic Family vacation at the lake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! We really enjoyed the beachfront area - it was clean, quiet, and perfect for our little ones! The home was very well appointed and had everything we needed! The large yard was perfect for the kids to wind down after the lake, and the two living areas inside were great for adults and children to have their separate space! Host was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had! We are hoping to stay again next summer.

Great Lake House!!

My family and I just spent 6 days in the house and we couldn't be happier. The house was perfect for us. First, it's very modern. From the lock on the door to the Ring doorbell/cams (not for our use) to the great wifi to the TV's and streaming services to the Nest thermostat to the coffee machine that grinds the beans. It was all great. The house is very clean and very cozy. We spent a lot of time out of the house (it is a LAKE house, after all) but, while we were there, we spent most of our time in the second living room. The couch was perfect for the family to settle in to watch movies. And it was a good spot for the kids to grab some alone time to watch TV while the parents cooked, cleaned, etc. The grill and fire pit were used almost every night. Frank was super easy to communicate with. He emailed and texted the day of our arrival. He checked in to make sure all was well. And he was easy for me to get a hold of with questions. The neighborhood is very cute. We went down to the private beach a few times just to hang out. And the house is 2 mins (no exaggeration) from the Snug Harbor Marina where we rent our boat. I'm hoping the house is available next year when we're ready to book again.

Girls weekend get away!

We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for me and my girls. We stayed in the entire weekend and enjoyed each others company. The owners were very nice and helpful with everything prior to and during our stay. We would most definitely rent this property in the future.
