We enjoyed our stay in Steve’s lovely home in Princeville! The views were stunning! The beds were comfortable and each room had air conditioning units that did a great job of cooling! Steve is a great host with lots of ideas for good restaurants and places to see. A wonderful bottle of wine and Chocolate Macadamia Nuts were waiting as a gift upon our arrival! We enjoyed the swimming pool and hiking down to The Queen’s Bath where we saw several Sea Turtles When there was a concern about a hurricane heading this way, Steve kindly refunded half a day’s fee so we could return to the mainland early. The condo was perfect for our family of six. It was well stocked, well furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was outstanding as the condo has a beautiful view and the Hideaway Beach walkway is a gift! We loved it so much we didn't go to any other beaches. The host was very helpful with hints when we first booked which made booking excursions and planning out our days so much easier. We really enjoyed having the beach gear and appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we ate most of our meals in house. We hope to return! Top Notch!

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo, and we had an amazing time again in Kauai with the condo as our home base. We typically spend a lot of time in the VRBOs we rent, including cooking breakfast and dinner there most nights, so it is important to us that the condo is clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and has all the comforts of home. This condo definitely fits the bill! And, to top it off, the grounds are beautiful, as is the view. We just had one little hiccup with one of the air conditioning units, but the owner, Steve, kept in communication with us and had a new one delivered as soon as he could. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai and wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking your next Kauai vacation here.

The rooms were clean. The host was very responsive and the view was excellent, especially sunsets. We had a broken air conditioner but the host replaced it within 24 hours and was very attentive. The walk down to the ocean is very steep and beautiful, and you can even walk to Hideaway Beach. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family. The unit and kitchen especially were very well stocked.

The Ocean Views were amazing! We sat outside for all our meals. The place is well stocked for anything that you need for cooking, relaxing, or heading to the beach. We used the boogie boards to surf the waves at Hanalei Bay. Took several pictures of the sunsets from the west side of the grounds. We had a great time!

Perfect views and location

We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to a beautiful view each morning. The place had everything we needed incl beach gear. We loved it walking around Princeville and easy walk to the 1 hotel for coffee and hideaways beach.

Perfect stay in Princeville

This property is in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the view, time on the balcony and exploring the area. Steve, the host, is an excellent communicator and makes his guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!
