Mentioned by Vogue in June 2021 as one of "The 7 Best Nantucket Airbnbs For a Quintessential New England Getaway" this new and beautifully appointed home provides luxury living with a pool, 6 bedrooms with en suite baths in the main house plus a guest house with bedroom and en suite bath. Downtown and the popular Steps Beach are both an easy walk from home.
The space
Enter down a light-filled hallway opening to french doors and a vista of the pool and outdoor living space. Turn right to the open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and will meet your every cooking need. The living room is airy and bright with vaulted ceilings and french doors opening up to the pool deck. Continue straight to the mud room and laundry room. From the main entry way, turn left to enter the main-level master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath.

Head upstairs to a bright hallway with inviting window seat overlooking the pool. At the top of the stairs turn right to a bunk room with en-suite bath and to the upstairs king suite with dedicated bath. At the top of the stairs turn left to the Queen suite with bath and walk-in closet.

From the main level, head downstairs to the family room, boasting a wet bar with ice maker and wine refrigerator, large t.v., Playstation 3, some traditional board games and puzzles for that quality family-time, and plenty of seating for all. Off the family room to the left is a suite with queen bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Off the family room to the right is a suite with plenty of closet space, en suite bath, and two double beds.

Head outside to the outdoor living space with professional landscaping and heated-in ground pool with automatic cover. Enjoy dining or lounging by the pool in the outdoor seating and dining areas boasting a large grill and cabana with a wine refrigerator, ice maker, and two outdoor showers.

The Cottage also overlooks the pool and is perfect for a couple or small family. The main level has an open living space with seating area, t.v., small dining table for 4 and small kitchen. Head upstairs to a queen bedroom with ensuite bath.

We had the BEST stay at Cliff Rd!! The location is perfect for everything you would want - time down town, distance from the ferry, close by to delicious sandwich spot something natural. Every single bedroom has its own bathroom off of it, and the house is so beautiful. Will absolutely be staying again!

Excellent home in a great location!

This home is truly stunning - very well appointed, a little oasis not far from town. Plenty of space for everyone to rest and relax. The backyard has a huge pool and a great bar area along with chaises and ability to comfortably dine. The cottage is a great bonus! We had a fantastic time with 3 generations under the same roof.

This was the perfect place to gather family for a long celebratory weekend. The house is light and bright, immaculate and beautifully appointed. There was more than enough space for all 9 of us to have comfortable and private accommodations as well as lots of spaces where everyone could easily congregate. There was easily room for more!The location and proximity to town is as good as it gets! While we didn’t use it because of the temperature outside, the pool area is fabulous for hanging out. We ate dinner outside on the deck one evening and it was delightful.Communication with the host was easy and clear and she was lovely and quite accommodating too.Can’t recommend this home highly enough.We’d absolutely come back!!
