Warm, friendly atmosphere. Cottage is situated on a quiet corner property. Open beam ceiling in the living room makes for a spacious, but cozy feel. Bright open kitchen area. Cathedral ceilings in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a sliding glass door that opens onto a sitting area in the large backyard. The second bedroom has a twin bed. Living room has two brand new pull out couches (one queen sized and one full). There is air conditioning. Gas grill for your barbeque. Outdoor dining and lounging on the patio. Walking distance to Shinnecock Bay and Bay Beaches. Walking distance to the center of town. Off street parking 2-3 spaces.

Cottage was just ok. It is in various stages of repair and renovation with multiple extension cords to run appliances and window ac units.With a considerable amount of work this property has great potential.Location was good for proximity to shops and restaurants. We attended the US Open in Southhampton which is nearby.I could not comfortably recommend this property at the current rate or condition.

We didn’t list it as an option so as not to disappoint, but I can see it did not meet your expectations during your stay.
