We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the location and the property overall. The place is beautiful and the setting is perfect for special events — we actually celebrated our wedding here, and it made the experience very memorable.The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions, which we really appreciated during the planning and our stay.There were just a couple of small things: the house could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, although it wasn’t a major issue for us. Also, the listing mentioned that there would be three arch options available, but there was only one.Overall, it was still a wonderful place for our celebration and we had a great time. Thank you for hosting us!

Had our wedding here this past weekend and it was a great setup for what we needed. The host was absolutely great at accommodating us and our event and we worked through some misunderstandings and I’m thankful for that! What initially drew us to the property was that it had a small putting green for our guests and family to use. We were disappointed to find out that the ground has shifted in the area to where none of the holes sit flush so the balls wouldn’t go in. The balls couldn’t go into the holes because the cups weren’t sitting flush with the turf. Also, the bathrooms especially in the master room and down stairs near the kitchen were visibly dirty. Shoe prints were on the floor and didn’t really want to walk barefoot in there. Our towels were also dirty so we had to wash them again before using them. There were parts of the deck where the boards stuck out so guests would trip over them constantly. No remote could be found for the mini split in the loft area and it was super hot up there. The house is beautiful in the pictures but it can use alot of touching up and maintenance. It felt pretty unclean and it seemed obvious because all they had was a vacuum and no other cleaning supplies. I was hoping it would be better considering it’s a popular space for events. Overall the layout was great for large parties to sleep and the view was beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to have our wedding there.

Great spot for group gathering

This property had everything that our group needed for a quick getaway and lovely change of scenery. Even with the Texas heat, there was a breeze on the back porch and everyone enjoyed the pool! Lots of parking for folks coming in from surrounding areas.

Overall great experience! The property is awesome, particularly when the weather is nice. There is one main house and a side house split into 2 apartments. The only critique we had was a difficulty communicating with the host both prior to and during the stay.

Amazing Adventures is More Like It

What a fabulous property! They can only advertise so much how amazing this place is because it needs to be seen to be believed. All of these houses were spotless, comfortable and spacious. The outdoors was incredible - heated infinity pool (must request the heater to be turned on), the patio, the deck, the views! We went for a corporate retreat and everyone had their own rooms and pretty much their own bathrooms. Great place!

The hosts and house were excellent. They were able to help with any way possible and gave great recommendations on things to do around the area. The house was extremely clean and a great place to stay. If ever back in that area this would be the first place I’d go to stay.

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. The views are amazing! The house and guest house provided more than enough space for our family. The houses and property were very clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to have a family get together. Awesome views. Heated pool and a lot of outdoor games and indoor board games. Hot tub was an icing. Best part is that the place is not far from town so easy access to food/groceries etc.

Nice family experience

This was a great spot to convene a large group of family and friends to celebrare a special milestone. A little something for all ages and interests. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the upstairs deck in the morning and enjoying the neverending view. So peaceful. We had bad thunderstorms this morning so we didnt get to see the sun rise unfortunately. The stairs are narrow in both houses and not recommended for the elderly. So must keep that in mind. Overrall, a great stay and we will return again!!

Me and my wife used this space to get married and it was the best weekend of our lives! The views were everything! there are so many things to do like enjoy the hot tub, the putting green and the heated pool as well! Both our families stayed at the property and everyone loved it. This property if a hidden gem. The main house and casita was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area and pool was amazing! We were a group of 12 and this property was perfect for our meeting/retreat. Karan was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. We booked this property for my wife’s birthday. It’s away from the city with plenty of space. The main house is beautiful and you will definitely spend more time outdoors. The host was responsive and even offered a good rate if we extended our stay, though we didn’t take it. It’s a great venue to get away from the busy life and relax and enjoy the view. Will definitely consider it again if we go to same area.

Good things were lots of space, fun activities, beautiful view, very nice close grocery store, quick response from friendly property manager, nice appliances in all three houses. Not so good were difficult left turn onto road to property, electrical issues known but not communicated, inadequate AC, bunk beds not usable for adults, sheer window coverings, one of the six bedrooms too warm for sleep, master bedroom didn’t cool to set temperature, ceiling fan would have helped but was very loud, leaving 3 of the six bedrooms comfortable for adults to sleep well during the hot Texas summer.

Really fun weekend

We really enjoyed this property. With a main house and a casita which had separate upper and lower apartments, we had plenty of room for 5 couples and 3 children. There were even some beds left over. The view is spectacular, although you have to try hard to maybe see Lake Travis. We spent most of our time in or around the pool which was so fun. They even had multiple floats. Outside there's also a little putting green, a large turfed area for congregating or letting the kids run around, and a little walking trail. The kitchen was large and well-stocked and easily accommodated cooking for 13. The furnishings were new-ish and tasteful.The A/C worked fine for us, even on a 104 degree weekend. Overall a very good experience and a 5-star rating.

You get what you see in the pictures

House was perfectly maintained, kitchen is great point of connection, the pool area, grill, outdoor sofas and sitting places are awesome, the view of the valley is great, the pool is super clean as well the hot tub. Rooms are in very good condition. Things to consider, in the master suite in the main house, curtains are not good enough to cut the night light, if you need to have a complete dark room to sleep, that's not your room, but you can exchange for other, there are plenty! Also, bathrooms windows in the main floor and the one in the second door are fog windows, so you can "see" through from the outside of the house, blurry, but visible from the outside. In the guest house, the room that is on the south, AC is not cooling unless you use the option "turbo" in the remote, once I did, temperature was good, and I was able to sleep pretty well. Overall, I think this house is great, I highly recommended, I used for a team building event with my team, and it help us a lot to get the results I was expecting.

Well Thought Out & Amazing Views

My wife and 3 children (current ages 6, 8, 10) rent a few homes through VRBO every year. My parents tagged along with us on this trip. This is the first time we have left a review for a home that we stayed in. This is probably the first one that deserves a good review. We arrived to the property after dark the first evening. Pulling into the driveway was quite impressive. The accent lighting outside the home was amazing. Not to mention the views, both daytime and nighttime. There are 2 separate homes on this property, basically set up as 3 separate living quarters. Every space was clean. This was the best stocked rental property that we have ever stayed in. You really didn’t need to bring anything other than clothes. There were drawers of toilet paper, spices, plenty of Keurig coffee pods, games, lots of towel towels, extra pillows, etc. It truly felt like you were coming to stay in a home that someone lived in as opposed to a short-term rental. We didn’t even realize how nice that was until we experienced it for the first time here. The pool and hot tub were both very nice and clean.The covered outdoor space is huge. There were 2 huge bonfire pits with plenty of seating around them. The Weber gas grill was basically brand new, clean, and had a tank full of gas. The golf green and turf yard out back were enjoyed by everyone. The walking trails on the property were an added bonus. The property managers were extremely organized, and their communication was amazing.
