I would highly recommend this property. Very clean, spacious and close to all ammenities. The host Ben is knowlegeable of the area and has a great sense of humor. Boothbay Harbor is one of my favorite vacation places and now i have a new favorite place to stay!

Benjamin, the host, was great! The space that he has created is comfortable and very clean. Upgrading a couple of the items, including sheets and the kitchenette area would bring it up to a five for us. Overall more than happy with our stay and really enjoyed seeing Benjamin dancing to a local band! Look forward to going back again.

Wonderful trip to Boothbay

This apartment was very clean, quiet, close to everything, yet secluded, the bed was comfortable. We were greeted by a field of wildflowers when driving on to the property! Ben the host was very accommodating, helpful with places to visit and where to eat, he had a great sense of humor. We would stay here again for sure.

Our apartment was very cute and comfortable. It did not have a full kitchen, so we ate our meals out, but we knew that going in. The location is close to town, but you still felt like you wete in the woods. We had a great stay, and Ben was fantastic.

Gracious host - Clean/Comfortable property

If you're traveling to Boothbay Harbor and want a quiet, comfortable, close-in location, this property works very well. It's a 10 minute drive to the harbor or Botanical Garden. It's the host's home and has a beautiful wild flower garden.

Great little spot for a short stay in paradise!

Ben is a great host and the room was clean and nice. There was even a beautiful cat I got to meet and make friends with! I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend to celebrate a life

The rental was spotless inside and easy to find. Very quiet at night and easy access to downtown. It was nice to come back after a day's activities and relax.

everything was lovely place was immaculate. Very warm and Boothbay Harbor beautiful. The bed was wonderful and comfortable. Don’t come not complain, but the only thing we missed was having ice in our fridge. And we couldn’t buy our ice because the fridge wasn’t big enough. But our host was very cordial and answered all our questions and told us about all the great restaurants. We definitely recommend it.

Benjamin is a New Jersey born gentleman, employed by NJ Bell Telephone for 30 years and started his own Burglar Alarm Company in 1989. I always loved the New England States, but once I came to Boothbay Harbor my quest was over. I've been coming to Boothbay for 34 years for vacation , before buying property and building this home in 2008.
I enjoy people and added 2 rental apartments /suites so that others can see what a beautiful place I have found . I'm sure most will love BBH as I do.

You'll sleep great in our quiet neighborhood

My house is 1.6 miles from the center of Boothbay Harbor. There is soo much to be enjoyed , some right here , some on beautiful rides through the countryside.
There are many light houses you can kayak to, great places to hike on our waterfront preserves , many ocean front restaurants, museum's both locally and within a 30 mile drive, and great souvenir stores. Take a boat ride, go see the seals, maybe the whales, maybe the Puffins. Stop by here on your way to Bar Harbor and Arcadia Park. Come see the Tall sail ships, and Yachts, or go out deep water fishing.
