Welcoming & independent home, next to Indian river beach; 5 min from new Smyrna beaches, 20 min from Daytona beach and its vibrant beach life, 40 min from S. Agustin & half hour from tourism capital: Orlando. Gorgeous and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and warm people with tons of natural light. Open concept living/kitchen fully equipped (utensils, silverware, pots & pans), stove, small oven, microwave. Bathroom, 2 bedrooms (Queen & Full) & sofa bed. Pets welcome w/clean fee.
