Condo was clean and very well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Small but cozy, with easy proximity to beach.

The host was very nice. Very nice place/location. Having bikes was wonderful-fun time riding in beach. Beach chairs were nice also. Communication thru VRBO website is a struggle.

We are frequent visitors to HHI and know the area very well. The unit is conveniently located near the restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit. And we liked the fact that it is located right on the beach. Although it is small, it is well suited for two people. The only negative was the sofa has seen its better days and is uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location!

This unit is in a great spot, right on the beach and close to entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Smoking is apparently allowed on the balconies which was not disclosed in the listing. Our neighbor was out there smoking constantly which ruined our evenings.

This place was perfect! I loved that it had chairs so we didn’t have to bring ours! I love that the lifeguards on the beach were so amazing! The room has everything you would need! The one thing that I wish, was that it had a couple more towels. But the wash machine is right near the room so bring quarters. The walk to the beach was perfect and I love that the beach was overly crowded. It was near everything I wish we had more time to do more, but that means we will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was nice to have the bikes for an early morning ride to start the day. Although we chose not to cook, the condo had everything we would have needed if we chose to cook. Lori was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this condo and would love to return myself.

Great, Clean, and Family Friendly Condo!!!

Perfect for a great getaway! The kids loved it! The condo was clean, family friendly, and had a side balcony view of the ocean. The complex is in a great location close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and icecream! The King size bed was comfortable and spacious. Check-in/check-out process was super simple and easy. The pool was great for the kids. We will definitely be staying again in the future. If you are looking for a great condo in Hilton Head, look no further!

Great Location

The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit is small but perfect for a couple. It is nicely decorated, and the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was two things. First is the air conditioning, I want to say that we understand why the AC unit is where it is, but to get it cool in the bedroom you had to freeze in the living room. The fans help but we were here in May, I’m not sure that this would be adequate through the summer months. Second, and I want to make it plan that the description of the ocean view is not incorrect however, it is a bit misleading. You can see the ocean in the distance if you are standing up at a slight angle. When I sat down my view was the railing and parking lot, as well as the balcony of our neighbors. To For most this would not be an issue, but we live a busy life and one of our favorite things to do while on vacation is to have a leisurely cup of coffee in the morning while sitting on the balcony, watching the waves break on shore and people watch. If you are the same, you’re not going to do that in this unit. That was truthfully a bid disappointment for us but if that is not something you like to do, this unit is perfect.

Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
