Super nice and updated villa! Brand New King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Is walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 4 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!! The little unit was stocked well, with plenty of necessities already there. It was very clean. It had a nice view from the deck. The king bed very comfortable; however there was no door on the one bedroom, more like an efficiency apt. Pictures depicted made it look a bit bigger than it was. Laundry is in the hallway. Nice that beach chairs and bikes were provided.Lori was helpful with answering questions.

We are frequent visitors to HHI and know the area very well. The unit is conveniently located near the restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit. And we liked the fact that it is located right on the beach. Although it is small, it is well suited for two people. The only negative was the sofa has seen its better days and is uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
