Enjoy this modern coastal Cardiff home, custom designed with neutral monochrome colors featuring limestone, Venetian plaster, and marble from your feet to the vaulted ceilings. You can find stainless steel railings and glass throughout the house. This stunning property has 2506 square feet of living area featuring an open floor plan, a large chef’s kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms.

The upstairs master suite, which also features a fireplace and a personal sitting space, provides the ideal seaside outlook. The two additional bedrooms both include a built-in study, making it ideal for any family! Thanks to the breakfast bar and center island built of natural stone, the large kitchen provide a sleek, functional, and friendly space for socializing. The living/family room's sliding doors open to a breathtaking terrace where you can watch the sunset over the ocean.

When you walk back from the beach, shower off in the outdoor shower before jumping into the private reflection pond jacuzzi tub. Enjoy your meal in the backyard, furnished with craft lighting, a full dining table and a cozy sitting area.

This Cardiff home includes a 2-car garage with a Tesla charger and beach bikes for exploring the neighborhood! We are minutes away from lovely beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, and the famous Seaside Market. Whether you tour the town on a bike or walk, everything is close by!

We love animals and they are always welcome. Please note we do require a none refundable pet deposit of $500 for 1st pet and $200 for each additional. We kindly ask that animals are not allowed on any of our furniture.

We have eero boxes throughout the property, offering an advanced WIFI service for our guests to enjoy.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM – 8AM EVERY DAY/NIGHT. AFTER 10PM, NOISE NEEDS TO BE UNDER 40 dB, which is library quiet.

You will be fined $1,000 if we receive a citation from our city or if the
cops are called.

Pet fee of $500 for 1st pet, any additional pets are $200 each.

They told me in several emails not to check until 4 pm we get there at 4 pm cleaners still in the house couldn't get in till 4:30 or so. House very plain not worth the price. Great location however.

Great location in a beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home by the sea! My daughter got married nearby and we had the time and the space for all her brides maids to get ready before the big day! Kitchen had all the essentials and everything was clean and the views, wow! A great place!!

Modern house close to the beach

The house has a really fun retro modern design. The beds were comfortable and the house was super clean. You walk along a lovely path to get to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Perfect in every way

From the minute we drove up to the property we felt our cares disappear. To be so close to the beach and restaurants/shops was amazing! (The smoothie bowl shop and Cardiff market were favorites!) The only tricky part was the pull we felt to stay in and enjoy the house. Such luxury and relaxation! Thank you so much!

Great location but needs a little updating

The house was nice and well-equipped, but not quite what I was picturing. Some things could use a refresh (for example, the towels were pretty threadbare and the bathrooms a bit outdated). Also, we were charged 200 dollars for checking out two hours late (100 for each hour past 10 am). I thought that was pretty harsh, especially because we came two days later than expected and still paid for the first two days. The best thing about the house is a great location (quick walk to Cardiff or Encinitas).

Great Stay in Cardiff

We had a great experience with this house and property manager. House was exactly as represented in pictures (actually felt a bit larger than we expected!). Property manager was responsive, proactive and friendly. The location is amazing with views of the ocean and just a 2 block walk to Seaside Market, Starbucks, VG donuts and lots of restaraunts. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Spacious, very clean, convenient to beach, shopping, & outstanding restaurants up and down the coast. Very quiet at night. Large back deck with a shower that was great for rinsing sand off after beach. Front deck for sunsets. Modern kitchen fully stocked for cooking with a Keurig and hot pot. Tesla Level 2 charger was a huge timesaver. Hosts Matt and Anna were terrific with helpful recommendations and how-to's on making the most of our stay. We'll be back.

Beautiful Home

We booked this home for a family getaway with adult children and a grandchild. It was an incredible experience. The home is fantastic a no convenient t to the beach. The interaction with the property manager could not have been easier. Highly recommend this home.

Encinitas

Beautiful home, ideal location, a short walk from the beach. Very close to the running path, restaurants, and shops of Encinitas. We had four adults, three teenagers, and found it comfortable for sleeping and interactions. Wonderful backyard for outdoor BBQ'S in the evening, and spacious kitchen and living room for entertaining. All in all, highly recommended1

Absolutely Beautiful

We had a phenomenal time at this Cardiff-by-the Sea home. Communication was quick, complete and easy. The pictures of the home don't do it justice. Everything we hoped for and more. The location is convenient to everything. Highly recommend!
