This is a beautiful property located nice and close to Moonlight Beach. There were 10 family members there, 5 adults, 5 children for a semi-annual family reunion. The house was large enough, well furnished, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The home itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and as described.The host was excellent: responsive, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The only area that could use some improvement is the housekeeping. While the home was generally well-maintained, the level of cleanliness upon arrival did not quite match the otherwise high standard of the property. With a little more attention to detail in the cleaning process, this rental would be exceptional.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. The location and hospitality more than made up for this minor issue.

We recently stayed at this property with a group of 12, and it was a great fit for our trip. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby.The house itself was spacious and worked really well for a larger group. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together and hang out, but also enough separate spaces to spread out and have some privacy when we needed it. That balance made a big difference for our stay.The outdoor seating areas were very nice, although we only used them briefly during our stay. When we first arrived, the house was a bit warm, but the wall-mounted AC units cooled everything down fairly quickly and kept us comfortable for the rest of our stay.Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this property to others, especially for larger groups, and if we return to the area, we would happily stay here again.

50th Anniversary Family Trip

We came to Encinitas with our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We loved everything about the spacious home and location. It was perfect for 7 adults with the five bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We loved our stay in Encinitas! This home had plenty of room for all of us and was stocked with all the necessities. The location was a perfect spot. Easy to walk to the beach and downtown to local shops. we all enjoyed sitting on the deck for meals and relaxing. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Bachelorette weekend

Beautiful property with lots of space and very close to the beach. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and it was lovely. 10 minute walk to Herb and Sea, Shelter, and the Roxie as well as Lofty. Great time!

Amazing property with incredibly thoughtful host

Our group absolutely loved staying at this property. The home is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The host is also incredibly attentive, responsive, and even dropped off donuts from a famous local pastry shop for our group. I can't speak highly enough of this rental!

Fantastic Location!

Wow! We will be coming back to this property. My family loved staying here. We walked to Moonlight beach, the park, and all over the town of Encinitas. There are so many places in the house to sleep and relax. The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway.
