Awesome home

We enjoyed our stay here to the MAX. Great layout for our Easter family reunion. Plenty of room and safe yard for our 3 and 5 year old grand kids!

House was exactly as advertised and was very pleasant to stay at. We appreciated how clean everything was and how clear instructions were. They went above and beyond and helped us fix a clogged drain while we were out of the house.

3 Bedrooms

Beautiful property, but it's a 3 bedroom, not 4 bedrooms...

We are glad to read Jeff found the property to be beautiful. It is in fact a four bedroom property. The fourth bedroom has a sofa bed, as stated in the description in the listing.

Overall great experience

Everything was as listed. Great view, very open. I do wish that it was disclosed that someone lives on the property as well and it’s a shared drive way.

Just what we were looking for

We needed a spill-over house for our extended family that didn't all fit in my daughter's house for Christmas. This worked very well for us, and gave us all some lovely extra space. Beautiful home with great rooms and wonderful light.

Goal Setting Retreat

I organize a series of retreats throughout the year for a group of entrepreneurs. I use the house as the "meet up" and have very high standards..this house did not disappoint. Well appointed, beautifully landscaped, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating options and a large living room with plenty of naturals light to take in the sunset from. The communication prior to check-in was seamless and I would highly recommend for those seeking a beautiful quiet getaway, to those who want to be in close proximity to many beautiful SD beaches. I will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and relaxing. My wife especially loved the floor plan of both the upstairs and downstairs areas. You can see a great view of the ocean from two of the upstairs bedrooms. The garden was beautiful and very well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the items for a chef to cook great meals! We loved watching all of the birds going after the feeder from the kitchen window. Encinitas has a lot of great restaurants and other fun activities. A big plus for us was the EV car charger andbeing able to park our car inside the garage. Beautifulgarage, too. We very much enjoyed our stay.Thank you.

It’s great that the floor plan and ocean views made it even more special, and we’re glad you enjoyed the garden, kitchen, and bird-watching from the window. We’re also happy to know the EV charger and garage were convenient for you! Encinitas really does have so much to offer, and it sounds like you got to enjoy it all. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Zen stay

The house is beautiful and modern, tastefully decorated and light-filled. The kitchen is large and has every appliance and cooking utensil a foodie could ask for, with tons of storage for groceries. The place is big enough for a family or two couples + kids. The neighborhood was a quiet residential street but only a 5-minute drive to restaurants and stores or to the beach. Very private, with several different outdoor spaces to hang out. Our kids took advantage of the boogie boards supplied by the hosts to catch some waves at Grandview Beach. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to relax, do some cooking, and hang out in the California sunshine.
