It would have been beneficial if there were instructions on how to operate the stove top and the climate controls. We could not get any heat from the bedroom climate unit. It was very nice, and we are looking forward to our stay in January

Nice home!

We enjoyed our stay, just wish there had of been a washer and dryer. House was really nice and lights were neat. Plenty of parking and owner was excellent with helping with anything we needed.

Tiny House

The property itself was clean.....however I didn't bring a hair dryer as the listing said one was provided.....when I contacted the host, I was told the last guest broke it.....so that tells me another one should have been bought before another guest arrived....I had to go buy one!! Not enough hangers either! The NEIGHBORHOOD was rather scary and one night in the middle of the night we thought someone was breaking in.....the door lock is not the greatest!! We will not be staying here again!!!

Very clean but….

I’ll start with the positives. Ultra clean. Bathroom was impressive for a tiny home. Shower was awesome. Negatives- I can’t believe no one that has reviewed this location mentioned the trains that go through at all times of the night. The furniture in the living/dining room is super tiny. Like for 5’ tall people or shorter. The front door has a window but no shade or curtain. Not very private. Outside the front door, the owner has floodlights and one pointing right at the tiny house… kept going on and off every 30 seconds all night long. Internet… I’ll give it a 5 out of 10. Finally… not very good communication with the owner. We did the best we could on the check out because we had no direction for ANYTHING. I will reiterate… the place is super clean. The bed was also very comfy.

Convenient location to downtown Plant City. Beautifully removed 3 bedroom house. Nice back yard with small porch and two chairs. Single car garage with opener.
