4 Bedroom post and beam style home comfortably sleeps 10. Short walk to ski run -100 steps on beautiful Trails Head Lane to Double Cabins ski run. Likewise short walk to the Mountain Village market (groceries/liquor/grab’n go foods) and the mini gondola to Mountain Village core (ski school) and town of Telluride. Mountain vistas, steps to Elk Lake, MV hiking trails. No car needed walk/gondola to town, ski runs, MV, ski shool, etc.
Main level - Living room with fireplace, chef's kitchen, dining room, powder room, outdoor terrace with firepit and gas grill. Heated garage with ping pong table. Floating stairs to bridgeway.
Upper level - Master suite (king) with vaulted ceiling, roomy master bath with steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Guest master with king bed and ensuite bath and shower.
Lower level - Guest bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath and shower. Bunk room rustic themed 4 bed bunk room (1 full, 3 twin beds) with ensuite bath and shower. Living room #2 with wide screen HD TV, gaming console, gaming table and room to spread out including office alcove for when reality intrudes on your vacation. Laundry. Private hot tub on outdoor terrace.

Family trip to Telluride

Our family of 6 including daughters 25, 25 & 22 plus son 19 and two guests very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and extremely convenient to the slopes. The free gondola service to the village and Telluride town was also very convenient and added a fun element to the trip. I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing vacation rental.

Amazing vacation rental. Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful with quality furnishings and floorpan was set up well. Anything you might need was provided. The location was convenient to ski in and out as well as get to the Gondola and to the Village Market but still felt private. Reached out to property management and was helped immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Telluride Mountain Village for Christmas 2022

Beautifully furnished property within walking distance of lifts and market. Excellent quality kitchen pots/pans, knives and other utensils. Comfortable beds. Large mudroom for ski gear. We didn't find a single item lacking. We had 7 adults (5 young adults) and had plenty of space.

This was a very beautiful home, the ski in and ski out was not apparent as we walked to the gondola. The lifts open at 9 am and we had lessons at the main chair 4 at 9 am. We thought it was easier to ski in and ski out.

Well equipped great location

This house made our stay! Perfect location. My husband is a chef & the kitchen had everything!! Well except garlic powder. 😂. But the market is within walking distance so crisis everted! Beds are comfy, hot tub was hot, and fireplace was gas! So no need to mess with wood! We will be back!

Perfect Ski In / Ski Out House

This house is absolutely wonderful. It’s directly across the street from the market and the gondola. It’s also a very short walk to the ski in / ski out slope - even my 7 year old could carry her skis the short distance. We would ski in for a quick lunch or to warm up and ski right back out. It’s also so convenient at the end of the day to ski back to the house. The walk to the market and gondola makes grocery shopping and going into the town of Telluride so easy. The house is set up with everything you could need from kitchen appliances and charging cords to a clean hot tub and a great fireplace. The bunk room for the kids is spacious and sets up great for a group of kids with friends. We will certainly be renting this house again.

Second time here...we love this house!

This house is such a treasure! Great location...easy access to the slopes AND to the market in Mountain Village AND to the "little gondola" that easily leads to MV or to the "big gondola" to town. We are usually "town people," but we've stayed here back-to-back years and love it. Our group was 4 adults (2 couples) and 5 teen boys (ages 14-16), and it worked so well for us. The boys had their own space downstairs with their own living area/TV, a big spacious bunk room, a queen room, access to the hot tub on the patio and 2 bathrooms. The main floor is open and easy for big groups...nice bar, big dining table, spacious kitchen, good sized living area with fireplace and a big TV...perfect! We spent several nights with friends watching March Madness and making dinner there....even found and used the ping pong table in the garage...love! Two big master bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs just right too. Lots of windows...beautiful views...HIGHLY recommend this property...you won't be disappointed!

We are a family of five and over the years have travelled to all the major ski areas across Colorado and Utah. We fell in love with this magical place in 2006 and have not left since. It is truly a one of a kind place free of the crowds and the annoyances of the larger resorts. Killer skiing, spectacular blue skies and southern colorado sun. Just an amazing place.....and a closely guarded secret....the summers might be better than the winters....but keep that on the down low.

Why they chose this property

Perfectly located for everything you would want in a mountain vacation - literally steps to Double Cabins ski run, the mountain village market and the Gondola to Mountain Village core and Telluride. Gives families the flexibility to come and go as they please, easily access groceries, wine and spirits and quick access to the village and town of telluride. No car needed, ever. Plenty of space to spread out or gather together in the spacious main floor living area. It is hyper convenient to everything without the noise and bustle of the village core or downtown telluride. Short gondola ride to ski school. And an easy walk to the View Restaurant at Mountain Lodge. For summer visitors it is adjacent to the the mountain's frisbee golf course and myriad hiking and biking trails.
