Walk into a fully renovated piece of vacation tranquility in this 2BR/2BA second floor condo in the West Hyde Park section of beautiful, gated Kingston Plantation. BLACK DRUM BREWERY is OPEN and walkable.
This beautiful beach condo was renovated in 2020 with new floors, a fully-equipped kitchen, and redesigned bathrooms. The high ceilings give this unit a wide-open feel and the unit will sleep up to 8, with the use of the pull-out couch and extra futon. The living room overlooks a serene, lush green courtyard and has a loveseat and couch, with a dining table that can seat six. The bistro set on the walk-out balcony is the perfect space to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The kitchen includes utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, garbage disposal and plenty of space to cook and move around, including a four-seat bar option. A hall laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer and some storage space. The Master BR is comfortable and roomy with a King bed and a pull-out futon. The master bath en suite includes granite countertops with double vanity and a separate room with a toilet and shower/tub combination. The 2nd BR boasts two queen-size beds and two closets for storage with its own entrance to the 2nd BA, which has a separate room with a toilet and shower/tub combination. The unit includes a TV in each BR and in the living room and comes with free internet and cable streaming options. When you are ready to enjoy the outdoors, take a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Don’t forget about Kingston’s restaurants, walking trail, Apache Pier and family setting! In addition, golf courses, Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing and restaurant row are within a 5 minute drive. Best Vacation Rental Ever

The property was perfect for our 2 week stay. We loved the location and the beautiful huge, old trees and sunny deck. The condo was furnished with all of the comforts of home. Everything was very clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and having TVs in both bedrooms was definitely appreciated. Showers warm up quickly and stay warm which is a huge plus! Lots of light comes in from windows when you open blinds and we loved that. Kitchen was very nice. Washer and dryer were great also. Walking distance to pool but can also drive and park closer. We chose to drive to park closer to beach access but that’s only because we have young children. Otherwise it could definitely be an easier walk to beach also. Really no complaints.

Memories Made at Kingston Plantation

We really loved this property in Kingston Plantation. It was decorated beautifully and super clean. I felt very comfortable having my family spend the week there. We have been going to Kingston for years and really haven’t had a bad experience, but this was one of the best. The owners were very responsive to a few minor issues and overall our stay went wonderfully. We loved the way they had the furniture positioned- it seemed more spacious than some other units we have stayed in. Also there were many extras such as spices, a few coffee pods etc. Also the kitchen was well stocked with pans, extra silverware etc.. Also this unit was located close to the fitness center and tennis courts. It is not a far walk to the beach but because we would have so much gear we chose to drive our stuff there but if we wanted to go back for lunch, we would leave our car there and just walk back and forth until we were ready to bring all of our gear back. Towards the end of our stay the tenants below us did say that it was a bit loud for them. I don’t know if this could be an issue if you have young children because we do. We tried to stay aware of it afterwards, but I do not feel like our children were being very disruptive. Regardless this had nothing to do with the property itself or the owners and I would definitely stay here again. We love our family vacations in Myrtle Beach!

The perfect stay

What more can I say. I was attending a conference at Kingston and was looking for a place close by where my wife could enjoy some time to herself. This property was better than all our expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hosts are fantastic and it felt like home.
