Loved the cabin. Stayed there for 3 nights with my husband. The cabin was super clean, organized, and had everything you can think of in a kitchen. The jacuzzi was perfect for the cold nights and we had lot os fun in the game room. The only thing that I missed was some curtains in the living room and front door. I think I would be more comfortable having those.

Great family cabin

This cabin was perfect for my family vacation. Really close to downtown blue ridge and shopping- but still tucked away in the mountains for gorgeous views. My 10 year old daughter LOVED the hot tub and game room (she doesn’t usually love cabin vacations), and we’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The house was very nice, and in a great location. It was convenient into Blue Ridge, and out enough for peace and quiet. Lauren checked on us multiple times, which we really appreciated. We would love to stay again!!!

4th of July get away!

Upon arriving Lauren was super communicative, friendly and accommodating. We were very excited for our fourth of July get away in the mountains and even more so to get up the STEEP drive way we read so much about and almost didn’t book because we don’t have a 4x4 or an all wheel drive vehicle. 1st gear in the rear wheel drive Yukon we never had an issue and Lauren’s driveway is great as you can drive in and out of from multiple spots. Once we arrived at the cabin it was very clean and everything is labeled so you don’t spend a day and half looking for a spatula. The back porch with the rocking chairs and the ring toss game is where we started each day with a cup of coffee which Lauren provided along with a Keurig. The beds were super comfortable and Lauren had multiple fans already at the house which I loved. The downstairs game room was allot of fun, shooting pool, playing darts, and an arcade console. Step out back and the hot tub was clean and relaxing, we spent every day unwinding in it and the porch is screen in on both decks, so no bugs. We brought our dogs and walking them was fun an easy on the road, just look out for bears as one of the neighbors told us she had seen a big one and Bigfoot apparently. Thank you Lauren for all your hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.

A great birthday getaway

This was our second stay at this property. Communication with property owners is A+. Very quick to respond and always very kind and clear with instructions. Cabin is very clean and provides great access to local attractions. This will be our go to cabin when visiting the Blue Ridge area.

We loved it!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday trip, it was the perfect place to relax and unplug from the world. They were stocked up on coffee and dog treats which I thought was sweet. The place was super cute and very clean. We loved our time there!

No need to look further... this is the place!

We enjoyed every minute of our mountain log home experience. Big bonus: Perfect place for our big dog. Location: Ideal ... just minutes to so many different trails in Aska National Forest (to include some with waterfalls) and it is also close to the downtown. Accommodations: The home is inviting, clean and cozy; fantastic screened porch, outdoor grill and fire pit, comfortable loft master bedroom and bathroom, pool table, darts, hot tub, video machine for gamers, great kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable couch, AC worked well. Owners; The hosts were available through the app if needed and were very gracious. We felt at home the minute we pulled up and went inside. We would go back again for sure and highly recommend this home!

Perfect for peace and quiet

We needed a quiet place to escape the rat race for a while. We found it! We even got to bring along our 4 legged friend. He likes to relax just like we do. Perfectly situated with just a short drive to town, an even shorter drive to Aska trails and to BlueRidge lake. If you are looking for a cabin that offers privacy and a peaceful tree covered canopy this is it. My favorite part...zero road noise. Thats right, no traffic noise from the main road or from the mountain road leading up to the cabin. You have all the privacy you could ask for. Both decks offer a great view and offer perfect privacy. This gem will be bookmarked for any future travels to the BlueRidge area. The hosts couldnt have been better. Responses to messages are almost immediate. Very kind, clear communication. This is A+ service and I would very much recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for everything!
