Our 5500sqft home set on an acre in the middle of town is the perfect place to host your next trip to central Florida. Our home with it's incredible out door living space is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your family. Three story tree house with tiny house, in ground pool, picnic tables to eat and enjoy the great out doors. Enjoy a game of horse shoes, croquet, bocce ball, corn hole, or just relax around the fire. Bring some steaks and enjoy the outdoor grill.
The space
We know you will create some great memories during your time in our home. Located half way between Tampa and Lakeland an hour from Orlando and St Pete Clear Water. A short 5 min drive to local shopping or a hop onto I4. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location to stay as you enjoy all the sights of Central Florida. Disney, our beautiful beaches, Busch Gardens, Lego Land, Dinosaur World, and Bach Tower. So many things to do and enjoy.

Guest have full access to the entire indoor and out door living space.

We invite our guest to enjoy all the space featured in our guest home and our outdoor living space.

We offer solar heating for our pool and hot tub. We do not offer temperature controlled for our hot tub.

The host was great very responsive and the house was perfect for our very large family. The layout is very unique but really allowed everyone privacy and bathrooms were nice. A few things are dated or a little run down but overall we will be back and renting again!!

Huge house, room for everyone! We had a group of old friends gathering for a long weekend in the area, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, and visiting in the comfortable living area. We had 15 adults, and were very comfortable in the home.

The house met our needs. One of the showers was not usable and another inconvenient due to poor design. Water got outside the shower if the door was open. Outside area and pool were nice.

Great place and clean!

Just what we needed! Our age range was 45-80 and all male. We were able to have our own rooms and only have to share a bathroom with one other friend. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is a bit quirky in it’s set up at first but easily navigated. Pool, hot tub and backyard well maintained and the fire pit was awesome. Gretchen was very pleasant, easy and accommodating to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this listing for a large group or family gathering. Thank you and look forward to coming back. PS You must check out the treehouse!

Family wedding

We really enjoyed the house. It really met our needs of such a large family. We all said that it could be used as a great hide and seek house. The house was very clean and the amenities were plentiful. Some concerns we had was the maintenance of the house. Lots of lightbulbs out or fans not working or those types of things but overall really enjoyed the home and it really met our purpose. We had a lovely rehearsal dinner.

Great House for Hide & Seek

This is an amazing house for Hide & Seek. Since the vacation was with my 5 adult children and 7 grandsons, this house was perfect for us. There were multiple places where you can get away for some quiet time as well as group areas for game time and eating. Having 2 kitchen areas also helped in preparing food for everyone. The only thing that disappointed early was the tree house, all of our grandchildren are 10 or under so we had to tell the children it was off limits. Overall we enjoyed our time at the house and were satisfied what we paid for and what we received.

St Leo Graduation Weekend

The house was great as it had so many areas to spread out. The TV and Wifi being turned off Friday night at 9pm and not coming back on until we had to call again Sat morning was not convenient. I would recommend having the hot tub heated so it is usable. The pool and hottub were unbearable cold. Could also have used more pans but we did the best we could. Overall it was a great weekend just giving some recommendations for the next folks. Thank you

1/2 house unusable

Came for wedding, busy had rehearsal dinner shorty after arriving. Walked into older part of house , my husband and I , eyes burned, immediately asthma attack for me. Other side of house ok . My husband tried to air out the old part used bleach and Lysol. Window seals so sickly dirty , can t see through windows, painted shut in back rooms. Air so toxic! Asbestos tiles on ceiling and mold , roof leaks, roofers came while we were there . In the modern part none of sinks upstairs or down in bathrooms functioning. Cabinet above peach dishes falls on head , broke but just placed there. My guests that came Friday after wedding, none were able to stay in old , moldy part . I need you to fix this it is a dangerous health risk . I need 1000$ refunded as 4 of my guest had to find other lodging.
