Very comfortable dwelling with modern decor, glassed kitchen for gorgeous views, swimming pool (opened seasonally), elevator that goes straight to front door, wireless internet, cable tv, fully stocked kitchen, mountain views from master bedroom king bed, walkway leading to downtown and cozy fireplace (seasonal).

This little jewel will provide you with lasting memories of a true Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountains vacation. While being walking distance to downtown and many attractions, "Above It All" is also only 5 minute drive to National Park. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are only 15 to 20 minute drive.

Upon first seeing "All Above It" my family and I immediately fell in love and purchasing was a must. The convenience, modern look and city/mountain views are what makes this my favorite little getaway. I'm happy to share and hope you will feel the same! Enjoy!

This condo was perfect for seeing the new years fireworks!! First, for us the most important thing is how comfortable the bed is. The beds were perfect!!! The area was pretty quiet considering how close to the strip we were and being right behind a fire station. The only downside for us, but mot a deal breaker, were the steps going to the strip. I have some mobility issues but we just took our time and made it work. Also we ran into a bear outside New Year’s Eve night next to the building, it scared me to death!!! Overall we loved this place and can’t wait to stay here again!!!

Room was not clean. We found bugs on wall.Bathrooms are not clean. There is no hook for hang toilet paper. Water pressure in bathtub and shower very low. Overall bad experience. We book 3 nights but we left room in just 1 night.

We loved staying at this condo! Beautiful views from each window and close to downtown.The kitchen was so fun to hang out in and look for bears! Only con i have to say is the condo could use a good deep clean, but it wasn't awful. Our host was very communicative and made our stay super easy. We will more than likely visit this condo again!

Pros: Perfect lovation, parking lot, elevator, wonderful view, enough room for 3 people, 2 beds/baths, responsive owner, washer/dryer in unit Cons: Needs a deep clean including utensils/cookware, etc, clogged bath, shabby appearance— in need of renovation (parts have been renovated, parts in dire need)

Needs a lot of updates! Cabinets are horrible in bathroom and kitchen. The floor in master bathroom gross. Ceiling fan was hanging in kitchen. Very hot when we got there temp. Was set at 80. Horrible to come into when it was so hot outside. Elevater was down. So we had to climb steps. Condo on 6th floor. And really it’s not as close to downtown as you think!

Good not great

The views and the location were great and the pool was nice. However, the place is in need of a deep cleaning. It felt very lived in. The access stairs in the back were nice but they are very steep coming back up.

Location

Walking distance to downtown. A lot of steps from condo to the street. Beds are comfortable, equipped with everything, and has an elevator. Host was available and check in was easy.

The place felt nasty.

This has been a very poor experience. Whomever is supposed to be cleaning is stealing money. The place was organized when we got here but most definitely it was not clean. Last night we saw a live roach, and there’s a dead lady bug under the couch in the living room. I took pictures of everything. I can’t stress enough what a poor experience this has been, truthfully. There was human hair on the bed and all over the bathroom floor, dusty & dirty floors, and the bed covers looked nasty. We just pulled them off the bed all together and didn’t use them. Even the coffee pot is dirty. In conclusion the experience we’ve had here was not worth what we paid.

Great location with a beautiful view

The condo was just what we expected! The view from the kitchen was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows are flimsy, so if you need more support from your pillow, you may want to bring your own. The kitchen had all of the essentials to make meals, but honestly there are so many restaurants available that we just used it for breakfast. The furniture in the family room was comfy and there were overhead fans and a box fan for use. The only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a washcloth with make-up on it that must’ve gotten missed from the last guest and there were several hairs on the bathroom floor. Not a huge deal, though. The rest of the place was very clean. There’s a small market downstairs on the first floor and a coin-operated laundry as well. Our family would definitely stay here again!
