Desert Oasis

This home was an amazing choice for us to host our family over the holiday. The accommodations were incredible - every room was full stocked and impeccably clean. The outdoor amenities were fabulous, from the heated pool to water volleyball, corn hole ,ping pong, not to mention the many hiking trails nearby. Siobhan was an incredibly thoughtful host, making sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely book there again!

Desert retreat

Our ladies group really appreciated the accommodations! The home was as advertised and Siobhan, our host, was extremely responsive. It’s a spacious home for those looking to provide privacy among groups. The host left some lovely touches like keurig coffee and tea pods, basic spices and throws around the living areas. We enjoyed the outside fire pit. It was an incredibly convenient location for our event. Lovely Mountain View’s.

Tranquil Oasis

This home is a beautiful, tranquil, relaxing place! The floor to ceiling windows on the backside of the home allows you to enjoy picturesque views of the mountains from sunrise to sunset. We felt like we were at a North Scottsdale Oasis, so quiet and peaceful! We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the back patio enjoying the beautiful views of the mountains and the desert landscape. The home has everything you would need to entertain family or friends whether it be hosting a dinner party, cooking, or hosting friends for cocktails on the patio! The host was so informative and gave great recommendations from restaurants, to golf courses, to activities. We can’t wait to go back!

AAAAMAZING!!!

This property was perfect for our adult get-away! Everything from the stunning views of this location, the house itself and the pool, the amenities, was perfect! I travel often and have stayed in many VRBOs and I have to say that this home was better equipped than any of those I have stayed in, even supplying basic condiments, oils and herbs for cooking, saran/foil and sandwich bags, which is huge! Our host Siohban was absolutely terrific. To greet us, he left a nice bottle of wine, snacks, waters, coffee and teas. Although he was in Japan during our stay, with a 16hr time difference, his responses to any questions we had were instant. Communication from beginning to end was great! He was a fabulous host and I would rent from him anytime! Hoping we can go back to this property one day !

Wonderful secluded retreat

My family and I had a really great stay at Siobhan’s place. There were 8 of us, 2 of which were little ones and it was the perfect size. Many places to hang out in the house, inside or outside. Plenty of cooking essentials, quiet neighborhood, close to amazing trails. Definitely a bit farther from town (15-20ish min from closest grocery store) which is totally fine if you stock up. Siobhan was also so easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Another Great Stay

This was the second stay at this property for my family (first was under prior owner). We really enjoy the views, nearby hikes, and the pool. Having a full kitchen/grill with utensils is great for us as we don’t like to wait at restaurants with 3 kids. The only downfall is distance to groceries, but we hit Safeway on the way out so that was mitigated. I highly recommend this property.

Great Place for our Group

The house was lovely and clean; a great start. There were 3 couples and that seemed to work out well given the 3 bathrooms. Siobahn was very attentive to the small problems we encountered and solved them efficiently and without fail. We occupied the house for a month and look forward to a return. We were conveniently located to THs so biking and hiking were a breeze. I know Siobhan will only make it better as time wears on. She’s a responsive owner and this is not her first rodeo. The house rocks.

Great house. Great location.

We leased this house two years in a row . We had such a great time in Jan - Feb 2021 we released for 2022. In the interim the house was purchased by a new owner who honored our release. We had the same group, adult relatives , and had an equally great time. The new owners were very accommodating and interested in knowing what needs we might have if necessary. Cozy, homey house.

Overall this property was very nice. The house is very cozy and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and its set up well for sharing a space or entertaining a group of people who want to spend a lot of time in the home. The pool is beautiful, the grounds were well kept, the outdoor furniture is very comfortable. The property manager Antonio lives right down the street and addressed any concerns we had basically immediately. We needed a light bulb changed and had a complaint about the water pressure, and he was over in minutes and replaced the light bulb as well as the shower head. The main issue for us was that this is only technically in "Scottsdale." It is a 40 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale. The closest area that is like a nice spot with a few restaurants is Cave Creek which is 25 minutes away. The closest anything is 15 minutes away, which is a strip center with a gas station, a bank, and a couple of other businesses but this is very much off the beaten trail, which by the way is absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend if you want to be surrounded by the beautiful desert scenery and isolated from commercial property. The only areas I would say could use improvement was the bedding. I will admit I am being picky, but I strongly believe in hospitality that all bedding should be white 100% cotton bedding, and down or down alternative pillows should be used. The kitchen is moderately equipped, did not have good knives, and the grill was not a typical barbecue grill so we did not end up using it.

I love our "Stunning Desert Retreat" in North Scottsdale. I fell in love with the open floor plan, high ceilings, pool, and views. The property is off a paved road and has plenty of space in the garage for cars and to leave golf bags, bikes, and other outdoor activity items. We are surrounded by all sorts of cactus, big and small, and desert flora. We are located near 8 golf courses, shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking, and paddle-boarding. Something for everyone.
