Sweet 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage within 0.2 miles walk to the New River. Huge side yard perfect for family soccer games, ultimate frisbee or just sitting back and absorbing all the beauty of the mountains. Perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts with kayaking, canoeing, tubing, fishing, hiking and biking options all around.

The house offers two private bedrooms downstairs with comfy queen beds. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with 3 twins and a double bed. Large front porch.
