Welcome to Kennebunkport! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house is located on a quiet street in charming Cape Porpoise! This Cape Porpoise light-filled home is perfectly located. Within a few minutes, you can easily drive to Nunan's Lobster, Cape Porpoise Kitchen (ready-made food and groceries), The Lost Fire, Musette, Earth at Hidden Pond, Bradbury Brothers (grocery), and The Ramp. Relax on the back deck or below on the patio by the fireplace. Just 4 mins to Cape Porpoise center & restaurants! A quick 8 minute drive to Dock Square where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants while viewing the harbor. Goose Rocks Beach (our favorite) is also a quick 6 minute drive away and both Fortunes Rocks Beach and Gooch's Beach are 10 minutes.

This house can sleep up to 10 people and up to 2 pets comfortably. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The 1st floor features a large living room, an open concept family room with kitchen and dining, and a separate playroom/office stocked with toys for the kids and a desk for working, and a primary bedroom en-suite. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Nice time away

The house is perfect for multiple families traveling (two large bedrooms) and the play area is fantastic. The property manager was very responsive throughout the stay as well?

Long weekend in Kennebunkport

Great place for the extended family to stay at if you’re planning to visit Kennebunkport ME. The house was very spacious, clean and only a short ride to most local attractions and restaurants. The bonus feature of having a fully stocked toy room was an added surprise that kept the grandchildren entertained throughout our trip. Would recommend 👍

Beautiful home in Kennebunkport

Such a beautiful home. Very clean. Property manager is very attentive. Nice yard up against the woods. Loved the open concept Kitchen, Dining & sitting area. Has everything you need for cooking. Close to Ogunquit- Marginal way, York, Portland for boating adventures. Nice beaches and marsh trails for birding. Highly recommend. Pet friendly:-) We brought our Golden with us.

Great family getaway spot

This is the perfect home for families looking to get away. It is beautifully decorated while having everything you need for small children. The play room was a wonderful addition. It is located just minutes from downtown and a nice easy drive to the shops and local beaches. The property manager Nate was wonderful about communicating with us throughout our stay and answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

What a house!!

This is the 2nd time I've used Coastline Vacation Rentals and Management for a winter rental while my home was being built. The management company is extremely attentive, responsive and timely. The house itself is beautiful! Plenty of room and storage. The area surrounding this home is gorgeous and is part of a National Wildlife Refuge. We've seen fox, deer and other wildlife that is just beautiful. With a quick drive down to Kennebunkport to enjoy all the tourist attractions, this home is a MUST STAY!!

Extended Family vacation

We stayed here to experience a New England fall and celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. This was the second leg of our trip. This house was perfect for our needs. Communication was great, house was clean, lovely area. You can’t go wrong eating at any of the local restaurants…everything we ate was delicious. We picked up whole lobsters from Three Sea’s…perfect. Dock square was fun to explore and shop. All close to the house.

Great Property!

Excellent stay during an extended fall weekend. Less than 10 min to Dock Square and 5 min to goose rocks beach. On a nice quiet block. Clean, up to date interior. We enjoyed the firepit each night. Property management was a real pleasure to deal with. Not only responsive but made every attempt to provide positive solutions to every inquiry. Highly recommend.

This is a good alternative for those that want to use Goose Rocks Beach but can’t find suitable on-GRB facilities. It’s well-located, about 3 miles from GRB and a mile from Cape Porpoise. Goosefair is clean, surrounded by woods and isolated. I will return.

YaYa trip to Maine

The home was lovely. It was in a great location. We are a group of 7 ladies who travel together. A couple of suggestions. One towel and wash cloth per guest was not enough. We do not mind doing laundry, but having only one set each was inconvenient. The trash cans in the garage were totally full when we arrived. The previous renters evidently did not put the trash out on trash day. And since we cookrd our own lobster….that was also inconvenient. We had to buy more toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Since we flew home , we had to leave them at the house. Soap, lotion, shampoo was very limited. Otherwise it was perfect for our girl friends week In Maine

We discussed the left over trash during your stay and trash pick up is not on the same day as guest check out so it is a rotating system to take barrels out no matter who left the trash. I’m sorry that you felt you didn’t have enough space. We supply each guest with a starter pack of paper goods, laundry detergent and necessary soaps. Along with travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This was noted in your arrival email to avoid different expectations. We appreciate your feedback as we are always trying to improve our guests experience.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We had adult children and grandchildren where we had so much space! The home was beautifully appointed, beds and bedrooms so comfortable. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this home and the kitchen was great- so much room to prep, kids were able to enjoy a room with a train set up with toys and the location in the neighborhood was perfect for walks. property was very well-equipped, short drive to the beach and town, beautiful neighborhood. had all of the little things that make a stressful trip from across the country very enjoyable (every utensil, sandwich bags, reynolds wrap; nice to have so you dont have to purchase for yourself; all of the details were there.) we have all had positive and less than positive vrbo experiences and this house was lovely. would definitely love to return and highly recommend to anyone who is new to a Maine vacation or who has been coming for a lifetime.
