Well located, our cozy home is just an easy stroll, less than 1 mile away from Mother's beach. 5 minutes drive from all the shop and restaurants of Kennebunkport. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor.
The private quiet backyard is perfect to enjoy and feel the sea breeze. Brand new hot tub and heated pool , volley ball court, fire pit, WiFi, plenty of space for parking.

A great place to create memories with your friends and family!

*The hot tub is available all year long. Heated Private Pool Available from May 1st to October 31st

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, and the common areas were very comfortable. The deck and lawn were great for being outdoors, and the pool was wonderful. It is close to Mother's Beach which we have been visiting for 35 years. Being able to walk there was an added bonus.

This location was absolutely amazing! The perfect spot for the whole family, including kids and husbands! The walk to the beach was not only easy but incredibly scenic and peaceful.Kennebunkport was just a short, beautiful drive away, and it was also an ideal base for a day trip up to Acadia, or Portland which my family and I really enjoyed.The pool and hot tub were a big hit-relaxing and exactly what we needed. The house itself was perfect: spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group.Our host, Stephanie, was wonderful. I had a package that was delivered after we left and she went out of her way to make sure I received it and even helped ship it back home! Such a lifesaver and so appreciated.10/10 experience. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, fun, adventurous getaway!

Great location

Nice walk to the beach! Pool and hot tub great for all of us. My husband and I and two daughters with their families enjoyed the week! Plenty of room for the 10 of us! The crib was convenient for our baby granddaughter!

Kennebunk house

Size was great for our family of 10.Close to the things we wanted to take in and the 5 min. Walk to the beach was wonderful. Having a pool and hot tub was a real plus.

What a wonderful home!

We had such a fantastic trip! The house is lovely and even better than Stephanie described it! Stephanie was super communicative and provided all sorts of information about the area too! It rained the whole weekend but we still found plenty to do. Love the area and can't imagine a more perfect home! It was clean and tidy, filled with attractive seaside decor and all of the amenities we could ask for! Thank you, Stephanie!

Nice house for large groups

We had 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. There was a travel crib provided and also a crib in one of the rooms which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the short walk to the beach and the large backyard with hot tub. The host was very responsive as we had questions about some things throughout our stay.

Wonderful Vacation!

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Kennebunk, Maine. Part of what made this vacation so enjoyable was this property. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a day at the beach and after touring Kennebunkport. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to prepare and serve meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation in the Kennebunkport area.

Had a wonderful week.

We had 7 adults and 4 young children. The house was great and the pool terrific. The weather the week of our stay had several days of rain and the common areas in the house grid get small. Mother’s beach is a short walk down the road. We had a problem with the dishwasher although the owner was not able to get it fixed while we were there he was very responsive. We would totally consider staying here again.

Wonderful house just a short walk to Mother's Beach

This is our 5th year doing a family beach vacation and we had another wonderful time! The grandkids absolutely loved the pool, spending hours swimming and playing. It was just a short walk to Mother’s Beach, where we enjoyed the ocean and nearby playground. The accommodations were excellent – we had what we needed, and we loved the deck off the back where we had barbeques and a lobster clambake. Sea Road’s Charm provided us with another great family beach vacation.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We had a large group (6 adults and 6 kids), yet still managed to fit comfortably at this home. The yard, pool and hot tub were HUGE pluses. The property is very clean and well maintained. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to be just a minute or two out of downtown Kennebunkport and only seconds to the beach!

Amazing!

This beautiful home had everything we needed and more! It was immaculate and contained everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable! We went in February, so it was very quiet. However, we still enjoyed the area by walking to the beach, driving around Kennebunkport and enjoying the hot tub! There was more than enough space for our family of five. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions and our arrival and departure were seamless. We are looking forward to returning in season to truly enjoy the beach!

Amazing Property and Host!

We rented this beach home for a family Christmas celebration. The house was spacious, clean and kitchen well equipped. The hot tub was great! Stephanie was very attentive when we contacted her with a few questions about the house and couldn't be nicer! We will definitely consider going back another time!

Fabulous Christmas visit

The eight of us were very happy with the house and location. It included everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect! The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and we appreciated having them. Check out was simple and the property manager responded quickly to the one question we had. We enjoyed our stay very much. My Parents 60th Wedding Anniversary

The place was a good size and fit 9 of us. The hot tube was fun! We had chilly evenings, so we had a little fire in the fire pit. It was quiet for sleep. All around a good stay.

Fin de semaine de basket

Nous avons loué cette magnifique maison afin de supporter nos enfants respectifs dans un tournoi de basket (Hoops). La localisation géographique de cette propriété est parfaite pour ce genre d’événement. La maison est très propre. Je vous recommande chaudement cette propriété de grande qualité. Il n’y a que quelques éléments à souligner qui ne perturbent pas la grande qualité de cette location. Des serviettes étaient manquantes, encore dans la sécheuse. Les sacs appropriés pour la collecte des ordures pourraient faciliter la gestion de cette dimension.
