Although the Finneseth Family originated from the state of North Dakota we spent 13 years in the city of Litchfield, MN. After talking about the four corners area for years we decided we either needed to make the move or stop talking about it. We are thankful for the opportunities that Durango has to offer and love talking about the atmosphere of the community.

This property has many unique characteristics but to put it best it is balanced. The kitchen is a design that we have used for multiple remodels. It is truly a working kitchen that allows you to get more done in less time. Next the property brings you to a state of relaxation. With multiple areas to just relax and unwind it brings you to a state of calm that is hard to duplicate in many homes.
