About this property

Beautiful home in private setting yet only15 min to town & 10 min to lake

This upscale vacation rental is located on a private 3 acre lot 15min from Durango on a paved road. It is the ideal retreat to return to after a day of site seeing with family and friends.

This beautifully landscaped home has a large, fully fenced, pet friendly yard. The house will sleep 8 people. We offer free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bath plus a queen fold out sleeper sofa in the family room. The entire upper floor is a master suite with a private balcony over looking the yard.

Lake Nighthorse is 10 min away and will open Apr 1st with swimming, boating and fishing. Canoe and kayak available at the lake.

What a lovely and tranquil place to stay!! The setting is serene and peaceful. The beds are comfortable. Check in was easy. The kitchen is well stocked with every thing you need to cook. We really enjoyed the stay. My only concern was the cleanliness of the house itself. The cleaning crew could do better! Overall would stay again.

The house was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. Check in was easy with no issues. There was a hot tub that my kids really enjoyed. Rick was very helpful when we needed anything.There was a few issues we had with the house, the house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning! The floors were covered in hair and dirt, cobwebs were all over on the inside of windows and upper walls and doors, the two kitchen sinks had food still in them and the kitchen sponge smells like it hasn’t been changed in months. The house has A/C downstairs but there is only one vent upstairs in the bedroom that did not cool the upstairs floor at all. It was quite warm upstairs and we had to run a fan and open all the windows at night to be able to sleep. The upstairs bathroom sink was covered in hair and appeared to be clogged.
