We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.
Quiet neighborhood situated on the east side of the freeway just 5 minutes to the beach.
You will have access to the entire house.
This fully furnished rental features two bedrooms (one is an office..no bed,Queen bed in master), two baths, large living room, kitchen and dining room. The back deck stretches the length of the home with breathtaking ocean views. Living room and both bedrooms have views of the ocean as well. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking essentials. Living room features a Smart TV. One car garage. This is a monthly rental only. No Smoking, No Pets. No Exceptions.
**Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required**
Car recommended. Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
