About this property

Beach house in Montauk - a short walk to a private beach.

Family friendly beach residence located on the Sound side of Montauk. Property is in walking distance to town docks. The town and ocean are two miles from our home. We are steps from a private beach staffed with a lifeguard in the summer. There is an outdoor eating area which includes a gas grill. An outdoor shower is available. Washer and dryer are included. There is a large family room with three bedrooms and two full baths. There is parking for two cars, including use of the garage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great stay steps from the beach

The house was bright, open and airy and 5 homes from the beach - could not be more convenient. Nice double level back deck with fenced in yard which was fun for our two kids to run around in. Bedrooms were really big and AC units in each room made the nights cool and comfortable. All in all, fantastic stay!!

We found the property bright and airy. Check-in was simple and straight forward. The owner's note was comprehensive covering access to the home and beach plus the internet. The description of a short walk to beach was very accurate.
