Beach house in Montauk - a short walk to a private beach.
Family friendly beach residence located on the Sound side of Montauk. Property is in walking distance to town docks. The town and ocean are two miles from our home. We are steps from a private beach staffed with a lifeguard in the summer. There is an outdoor eating area which includes a gas grill. An outdoor shower is available. Washer and dryer are included. There is a large family room with three bedrooms and two full baths. There is parking for two cars, including use of the garage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
